Skip the restaurant and go to the buffet at night for the best server RIGO!! He is very attentive, kind, hard worker and always present for us when we needed something! He is the best. The food is better. The service is better. You won't be wrong with that! The room are nice but sometimes they forgot to give us the small hand towels lol. But it's okay. Also one time they forgot to close the door of our balcony after cleaning it and the animals were in our room! The raccoon looking like cats was enjoying the room. The cocktails are SO GOOD, sweet and strong. Best service on food and drinks for sure!

The rooms are nice for a bit older resort, but the staff makes up for everything! Everyone is AMAZING! Friendly, happy and so helpful! Our favourite Server in the buffet was Rigo! He’s so lovely and helped me with my poor Spanish, lol! He served us a few times and was so pleasant and respectful! Thank you so much, Rigo! I just want to add, my Mom had a little slip and fall near the pool and the Pool Conceige, Argel, and the First aide attendant, were so incredibly helpful and caring. Argel came and checked on her later too, to make sure she was ok. Thank you so much!

I stayed at this resort for 4 days, 3 nights. From the time we arrived we were greeted very warm and friendly. The arrival team were great. One definite complaint I had is the pillow cushions on the furniture were dirty and flat. Also I saw cats sitting on them a few times which is a no for me because I'm very allergic to cats. So because of this I never felt comfortable sitting on the furniture in the lobby. I loved how spacious the rooms were and how extremely comfortable the beds are. My room was pretty clean for the most part except my jacuzzi tub. It was very dirty. I didn't make a big deal because I didn't plan to use it anyway. My daughter who had a room next to mine had a completely flooded bathroom due to a broken sink. It was promptly cleaned up and she was offered other accommodations. Thank you for that. The elevator didn't work and we were on the 3rd floor, so for someone with bad knees that was not fun at all. I was disappointed that we didn't get to experience all of the restaurants due to 3 of them being closed. They explained about low season and renovations taking place. Also it was impossible to get a reservation at any of the open restaurants, so it was buffet food my whole stay. Also the room service menu was very lacking. It was not very appealing at all. The beach was lovely. One of my favorite things. I didn't use the pools, but they looked great. Didn't care for the entertainment. The dancers were good, but singers sounded horrible. Need more practice. If I ever returned I think I'd only stay in one of the Platinum Rooms with an Oceanfront view.

We have had the most amazing family holiday! Thanks especially to Fred and his team for going the extra mile. The food is fantastic. Especially the Italian! Would highly recommend this hotel it’s clean and all staff members are great with the kids! If I could give it more stars 🌟 I would!! We will be back next year!!!
