Maroma beach is one of the top beaches in the world, and it shows. The staff work so hard to keep it pristine and free of seaweed. The rooms are cozy and elegant and the swim out pools perfect for a little romance away from the crowds. We had a spectacular time, and the service was top notch. The bars have a wide variety of fine liquors and there are several restaurants available. I found the huevos rancheros to be my favorite breakfast order when using room service. The property is impressive. 5 stars all around.

Secrets Maroma is the best all-inclusive I’ve been to! The staff were amazing and the service was top notch. Our concierge Roberto was absolutely amazing. He reached out to us daily to share what was going on the following day to make sure we could plan what we wanted to do accordingly. The beach, pool and activities were amazing. Our favorite staff were, - Torino and Patricio the cat in the preferred lounge. They provided such a welcoming atmosphere and amazing drinks. - Alfredo and Carlos in the preferred beach club. They were so much fun to be around and they kept the mimosas flowing. On the last day they had a special breakfast treat for us and it made our day. - Wilbert in the preferred beach club who provided us amazing service and the best night caps. We are truly so thankful for all the staff and the experience we received. We will definitely be back!

We’ve been wanting to visit Secrets Maroma for a while, and it was absolutely worth the wait! The white sand beach is stunning with no seaweed or rocks and the resort’s welcoming vibe and amazing staff made our stay unforgettable. We stayed in the Preferred Club Suites and had Roger as our personal concierge. He was friendly, calming, and made sure everything was perfect. The Preferred Club staff was incredible — they made us feel so special and served up the best drinks. Bernardo surprised us with so many creative, delicious drinks that we loved! Mauricio took great care of us on the beach, and Issac gave an excellent welcome presentation with helpful recommendations. We loved it so much we even upgraded our UVC membership! The resort is spacious, the food is fantastic, and to top it all off, the team made our birthday an unforgettable experience. Our only regret is not staying longer. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this resort!

This is a wonderful resort, simply wonderful. Gorgeous rooms, stunning scenery, and delicious food. There is an amazing team making amazing lunches at the Barefoot Grille. Maria, David, and chef Daniel prepared two of the most delicious Mexican seafood dishes I have ever had. And they made our anniversary very special and memorable. Thank you so very much for a wonderful holiday.

We just ended a 3 night stay at Secrets and had a great time! Wish we could’ve stayed longer! The service was really great everywhere we went. They were constantly coming by to take drink orders at the pool, the concierge (Ana) was super friendly and helpful, and our room was cleaned daily! They also provide turn down service which is a nice surprise to come back to after dinner. Our room included the swim out pool (first floor cheapest option I think) which was really nice. It was a bit chilly out and the swim out pool was heated! It is shared with your neighbors but still a fun perk! The restaurants were all great as well: we tried the Asian, Italian, & French. The Asian restaurant didn’t have any cooked sushi on the night we went so that was a little disappointing but it was still yummy. The lunch restaurant by the pool was delicious as well!! We really enjoyed our stay- I’m giving it only four stars because they really sell you hard on the timeshares when you arrive. After we checked in, we were sent to speak with the “VIP staff” about our benefits, etc. and I think she asked us to come to the presentation at least 3 or 4 times even after I declined politely. When I’m paying for a 5 star hotel, I don’t want to hear the sales pitch and I definitely don’t want to hear it more than once. Overall a great stay but beware of the timeshare pitch!
