Best luxury all inclusive resort we have ever been to! The rooms were amazing, and staff cleaned every morning and came for turn down service and mini bar refills every evening. The restaurants and bars were awesome, and there was a 24 hour cafe open. The pools were lovely, and beach was very nice complete with beach concierge. Our concierge Carolina was fantastic - she paid attention to detail and anticipated everything we would need for our stay! The only very minor downside was when we were asked to upgrade our package and also attend a 90 min sales pitch, but otherwise everything was perfect and we would highly recommend this resort!

We just ended a 3 night stay at Secrets and had a great time! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
The service was really great everywhere we went. They were constantly coming by to take drink orders at the pool, the concierge (Ana) was super friendly and helpful, and our room was cleaned daily! They also provide turn down service which is a nice surprise to come back to after dinner. Our room included the swim out pool (first floor cheapest option I think) which was really nice. It was a bit chilly out and the swim out pool was heated! It is shared with your neighbors but still a fun perk!
The restaurants were all great as well: we tried the Asian, Italian, & French. The Asian restaurant didn’t have any cooked sushi on the night we went so that was a little disappointing but it was still yummy. The lunch restaurant by the pool was delicious as well!!
We really enjoyed our stay- I’m giving it only four stars because they really sell you hard on the timeshares when you arrive. After we checked in, we were sent to speak with the “VIP staff” about our benefits, etc. and I think she asked us to come to the presentation at least 3 or 4 times even after I declined politely. When I’m paying for a 5 star hotel, I don’t want to hear the sales pitch and I definitely don’t want to hear it more than once.
Overall a great stay but beware of the timeshare pitch!

Alfonso, our concierge was absolutely amazing. Made sure we were looked after in every way.
On our first night I felf our mattress had a bit of a dip
Upon finding out, within a couple of hours, I received a call, and the mattress was replaced.
It was minimal I suggested it was not a problem.
They made sure it was replaced anyway.
Overall, every single person working at this resort were nothing but fantastic in every way.

Phenomenal! We had our wedding here back in April and visited once prior to it. Everything was spectacular. The food, the service, the staff, beautiful beach and space, amazing vibes. Our guests STILL talk about how it’s the best resort and one of the best weddings they’ve ever been too. Thank you guys for everything ❤️❤️❤️

I cannot say enough about our time at Secrets Maroma. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The turn down service every night was a special treat. There were so many activities and shows to choose from, or you could choose to simply relax in any peaceful spot. There was no shortage of chairs at either the pool or beach, so no stress there. The servers hustled hard every day and their kindness and manners were lovely. Shout out to Dario, our poolside server! He took amazing care of us. The swim out pool was so serene and special. The silent disco at night was fabulous. Our trip to the spa was so worth it. Great couples massage. We spent 6 nights and literally nothing disappointed us. I have been to Secrets, Sandals and Dreams before, but this location just takes the cake on all levels. So much fun, gorgeous setting, easily walkable, and the most beautiful stretch of beach.
