This place is amazing.
Stayed here a few days for my birthday and it was the best customer service I have ever experience. I had to start the review off with this - staff such as Vanessa, Enriquez and Simon to name a few really make the stay welcoming and enjoyable.
The check in and check out process is efficient and smooth. From the time we stepped out of the transport and into the resort it was an unforgettable experience.
The resort is beautiful. Between the numerous restaurants, pools and bars there isn’t a shortage of options. I had 3 different cuisines a day 😂.
Multiple pools, restaurants, bars, entertainment and a beautiful beach with cabanas.
Room maintenance is fast and reliable. Preferred rooms have unlimited room service (not from the listed restaurants) but still worth it when you can’t make breakfast or want a late night snack.
We’re already planning another visit. I can recommend this location to anyone.

Went for our honeymoon here and honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place than this resort, is perfect for an alone couples trip😌
Our room was amazing and perfect for us as we were on our honeymoon, it’s definitely worth the money getting the preferred club and the swim out pool for your room, the room service box gives you a lot of privacy as you don’t even have to open your door to get your food or drinks, having breakfast in bed was so great for us. They even recognize you for your trip and hang a banner on your door saying “Just married” so super friendly staff here.
Spectacular food and drinks, don’t have anything to complain about as we ate like in heaven here, so many varieties and delicious flavors that you get in every single restaurant, my favorite one of course was Sea Soul, never have I had fried calamari as good as there, their salsas super good too although very spicy haha as for drink there’s a great variety and expensive liquors too, friendly bartenders everywhere, altogether you’ll know you’ll have an amazing time here😆

Overall, this was a wonderful experience. The property was beautifully maintained, views were incredible, food was great, and staff and amenities were top notch. Would absolutely go again.
Only downside was sitting through somewhat of a sales pitch at check-in. After getting our keys and a walkthrough of the property, we were sat down and offered resort credits and free nights at one of the Secrets sister properties in exchange for a 2 hour sales meeting the following day. I won't say it was high pressure, but definitely the last thing I wanted to do after paying for the trip in full and traveling all day to get there.
Outside of that, I had no complaints on our experience.

Went here with my wife for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did! Their food is amazing! They have every different kinds of restaurants to pick from, the pool side bars are also so good! The bartenders always made my drinks with a smile and small talk, and just the whole vibe at this place is so nice, everything looks new and the rooms look spectacular. Definitely get the preferred club with a swim out pool, everybody that gets that room recommends it. Also the speakeasy is very fun and has great music! The only downside to this resort is the beach, it wasn't the best, but the pools and man-made lagoons are amazing so we didn't mind too much.

Let's start with what I didn't like, beach access wasn't great, but all the pools more than made up for it. Service was black belt level and I was treated so well. Staff constantly went above and beyond. William from Ember was spot on and was amazing. JORGE at Suki and Francisco at Bisou were standout and deserve the biggest props for their outstanding attention to detail. This is by far the best all inclusive I've been to when it comes to food. I loved having fresh juices in the morning, the pizza at Alora was fire 🔥 I've never been to a Secrets resort, but been to over 3 Excellence resorts in was so impressed. We had a nice view and it was central to everything we wanted. TAXIS were readily available and all were very clean and the drivers were professional, friendly and safe drivers. I am so happy I went to this resort. We originally were going somewhere else and switched at the last minute. So glad we did.
