Quick location from the airport. We brought our 3 y/o toddler for vacation. Cristian and Joao made our vacation wonderful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and stayed up to date on events happening at the resort. The food was delicious! I wish we could have also had the option for buffet for dinner, but I understand the resort was not at capacity to allow for that. The hot tub in the family side was closed and that was unfortunate as well. Overall I would highly recommend to families! Especially ones with young kids!

Good resort for a 4- 5 days trip. Entertainment was excellent 👌, especially the magic show. Davis and Brian were really good with the kids. Food I would say was avg, but service was top-notch. I have visited about 15 resorts, and this is the only resort that only had one option for dinner and buffet was closed, so you would end up getting room service. Also, for a small property, they should have a cleaner beach. Overall decent experience Thank team Sensira 🙏

I’m so happy we chose to stay at this hotel for our first visit to the Cancun/Mayan Riviera area. The environment is incredibly kid-friendly, with plenty of activities dedicated to children, though they also have great options for adults. The staff here is outstanding—always attentive, professional, and eager to help. Special thanks to Miguel at the front desk, who was amazing and professional; Jimetzia, the lobby server, who was fantastic; Mario at the buffet, who was so kind and thoughtful; and Victor at the bar, who was great. The ladies at the concierge desk went above and beyond to help us, even microwaving baby items for us when needed. Everyone we interacted with made our stay memorable, even if I didn’t catch all their names. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the overall service was excellent. A tip for future guests: exchange currency for pesos in your home country before traveling, and bring small bills for tipping. It’s not always easy to exchange money or get change here, and the staff works very hard, so tipping is much appreciated. Also, avoid arriving at the buffet near closing time, as they don’t replenish items. We learned this the hard way, adjusting to the time difference (three hours ahead of Los Angeles) was a challenge .

Healthy Body by Design

It was drizzling when we arrived. However, the sunny personalities of the wait staff made up for the gloomy weather. The staff was professional and took good care of us to make sure we had everything we needed. From the reception to housekeeping, they were able to pivot when the weather interfered and make our experience special regardless. Angel greeted us and took us to our room. Brian was especially helpful and made sure we got on our shuttle on time. Haven was an excellent waiter. The food was great. The rooms were comfortable, and we loved the couples massage. We will definitely be back.

One of the worst resorts we ever stayed at! Got in late and went to the late night snack bar since we hadn't had dinner yet. All the food was stale, bland or tasted like it was cooked in cigarette smoke, we decided to go back to our room and order room service. Ended up having to call the front desk to order because no one would pick up for the room service number, we were told 45 minutes but ended up waiting 2 hours only to get burgers that were still pink. Our bathroom had no soap, hand towels or face cloths. Then when we drank the couple water bottles that were in the room we had to ask for more which were never brought in the end so we just had to go to the buffet and get someone to give us glasses of water. The next day we tried the buffet for breakfast and again most things were stale or tasted like cigarette smoke again, at this point our kids and us had only eaten fruit. We spent the day at the pool since the water park looked pretty gross and the slides were leaking quite a bit. We tried to order food from the snack bar there which ended up taking 3 hours! They are extremely understaffed and were quiet rude when we would ask multiple times for things. Most of the place was extremely run down, and alot of things broken or not working properly. There was next to no beach area as well. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here at all!
