I am torn writing this review. I think 4 stars is the correct number, but we had a great overall experience. Our kids and extended family loved it, and it was a lot of fun. My issues were around the music volume with the shape of the resort since you really can’t get away from the music and there really is not much of a beach. BUT THE PRICE and value are great! We got a king room that had a side bunk room for the kids, they loved it and it provided enough separation for more comfortable sleeping. The food was solid (best restaurant is the steak house) and the buffet had enough variety, that I always left happy. Gym was nice. But this place is only for families, everyone there had kids, which made it super easy for us. It was super safe and our kids (8/9yrs) ran around by themselves pretty frequently. The shows were good enough for the kids (our daughter always wanted to take a photo with the actors after cause she was impressed : )
So overall good experience, considering the price, and would recommend if you’re ok with music playing by pool and being in a somewhat crowded environment. Certain things need updating but that is most hotels in the area. Lastly, the staff especially Johnny were amazing and always accommodating.

We had a great time at Sensira. From check in to check out, everyone was fantastic and super helpful. The positive attitude of the hard working staff made our stay so enjoyable. Clean rooms, decent food options, family friendly. It was a great time.
Shout out to Aaron from reception who gave us a great room, Ivan from beach bar who kept us hydrated and fed through out our stay.

Loved our time here. The beach pool bartenders are absolutely thee best servers I’ve ever had at a bar. So kind and nice. Their names Omar and Emanuel and Valentin. we had the best pool server also and his name is Ivan. All 4 of those guys were amazing. Everyone is always so nice and food was great. Pool food for lunch is better than going to the buffet but get your order in by 11-11:30. But not to knock the buffet because it’s been better than 90% of the resorts we’ve been to. I’m a big bacon guy and it’s good bacon. That’s All that matters to me. Also my favorite bar is on the 2nd floor called the knights bar. It’s so so nice and Jose is the best bartender we’ve ever had. Also Gustavo who helps with events at the pool and does water aerobics is awesome.

This resort was nothing short of amazing from the time we walked in to the time we departed. The trip was so amazing. We actually had our own private, but the rooms were clean. The staff was amazing. Shout out to our Butler service Johnny and our bellman Diego who made our trip testily unforgettable!

Quick location from the airport. We brought our 3 y/o toddler for vacation. Cristian and Joao made our vacation wonderful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and stayed up to date on events happening at the resort. The food was delicious! I wish we could have also had the option for buffet for dinner, but I understand the resort was not at capacity to allow for that. The hot tub in the family side was closed and that was unfortunate as well. Overall I would highly recommend to families! Especially ones with young kids!
