We’re a family of 5 (6,4,1 y/o) and this place was perfect for us. The staff are fantastic and food was surprisingly very good. There are critics of the beach because it draws seaweed. The staff is out every morning cleaning up as much as they can. Still totally fine to swim and enjoy. If you can’t deal, don’t go here. Kids splash pad is great for kids 1-7 y/o. Three restaurants for special dinners but the main dining buffet provides just as good, if not better meals. Plenty of indoor activities for kids as well if they need a break from the sun!

We stayed as a family of four for 4 days. The service was amazing. The staff is great and very friendly. The facility is big enough, we don't like very big properties. The best part you don't have to walk miles before you hit the beach! Beach is literally right next to the pools. Food, entertainment, location, hospitality were all amazing! Highly recommended resort for both adults and kids. There's an adult only section as well.

This hotel was great! I was concerned after reading the reviews, but what we experienced was not even close to what was mentioned. The staff was wonderful from the time we arrived until the time we left. There was a lot of maintenance being done at the hotel. They were painting, tree and bush trimming, cleaning up the beach etc. We spent most of our time in the adult section and they were enforcing no children, which was refreshing to see. We had no problems getting into the restaurants for dinner and the food was good at every restaurant. The palapas and beach chairs were hard to come by. If you want one you do need to get up early and claim your spot. We had a Ruby Suite with butler service. It was all amazing from the room, views, daily service etc. Rafael was our butler most of the time and he was beyond amazing and made it all happen. My only complaint would be the road to the resort is horrible!!! I would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely come back.

I am torn writing this review. I think 4 stars is the correct number, but we had a great overall experience. Our kids and extended family loved it, and it was a lot of fun. My issues were around the music volume with the shape of the resort since you really can’t get away from the music and there really is not much of a beach. BUT THE PRICE and value are great! We got a king room that had a side bunk room for the kids, they loved it and it provided enough separation for more comfortable sleeping. The food was solid (best restaurant is the steak house) and the buffet had enough variety, that I always left happy. Gym was nice. But this place is only for families, everyone there had kids, which made it super easy for us. It was super safe and our kids (8/9yrs) ran around by themselves pretty frequently. The shows were good enough for the kids (our daughter always wanted to take a photo with the actors after cause she was impressed : )
So overall good experience, considering the price, and would recommend if you’re ok with music playing by pool and being in a somewhat crowded environment. Certain things need updating but that is most hotels in the area. Lastly, the staff especially Johnny were amazing and always accommodating.

Our family just got back and had an amazing week!! The breakfast and lunch staff at the buffet were incredible. Ever and his helper were so accommodating. At night we enjoyed the steak house and Jesus took care of our family every time and cannot say enough good things about him! The entertainment staff and kids club staff provided so much fun for the kids! Overall I would say a 5 star experience! We will definitely be back!
