I can honestly say that I've stayed in many 5 star resorts and this one is most definitely at the top! The hotel manager Mohammad Ali ensured that we had the most enjoyable time. The staffs hospitality was second to none. From our room and the service, accommodating my requests, such as seating during dinner, shisha lounging to basically anything I requested.. Mohammad and his staff made sure we were satisfied at all times. Nothing I requested was too much trouble. Service with a smile, humble and kind and great to talk to.. Simply amazing! I will definitely return, for years to come

Nader & Raya We stayed at this wonderful resort for four days from 18 December 2024. We really had a wonderful time , Mai at the reception received us and was very helpful ,The resort is clean and very comfortable with views of water everywhere x Food is amazing and very diverse. Staff is very professional and efficient . The hotel arranges for tours in El Gouna Town and The Golf Tower where you can view the whole town from above . Shams from Guest Relations was our Tour Guide , she is very efficient . The pools and the beach are lovely. I will definitely be back again and I recommended it for all .

Guests love the attentive service, spacious rooms with stunning views, and excellent dining options. Perfect for relaxation or adventure, it’s a top choice for an unforgettable Red Sea getaway.

The review highlights the excellent experience at the destination, emphasizing the well-maintained facilities, great service from the staff, and a prime location. The swimming pool and service, especially from Khalaf Aziz and Mina, stood out positively. A minor critique was about the frequency of being offered excursions or massages, which felt excessive at three times a day. Despite this, the overall recommendation was strong, making the destination a highly suggested choice for a quality vacation.

The service is terrible and unfriendly. You need to repeat a couple of times to get your room properly cleaned (or get a drink). Most staff doesn't speak even basic English. The location is very nice though. Food quality is poor. Some rooms (9000+) are situated too distant from the reception and restaurants. In general, the resort (rooms, restaurants) is dirty and chaotic. Overall, the venue isn't worth the prices it charges. For this much you can easily find much better options nearby. I strongly advise against choosing Sheraton Miramar.
