Excellent hotel with attention to finer detail. The food was very good and the selection and choice amazing. Apart from the main buffet restaurant there are five speciality restaurants which are all incredible. The staff were very attentive and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My only recommendation is that the cocktail list was quite small but even then it was adequate. My granddaughter enjoyed the activities in the kids club. I’d like to give a huge thanks to all the staff who were amazing, especially Viki.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food choice and quality. Snorkeling at the beach, kite surfing, excursions, great spa. All amenities you need. Real 5 star. We will come again. Absolutely recommendable.

I want to empathize the great service at the lemoni restaurant. Not only were all the servers extremely attentive, kind, energetic and charismatic. They made a speacial day and vacation with my family even more special with their great service and witty attitudes. The staff in the hotel is amazing and this restaurant greatly highlights their effort and true dedication to their work as well as the food was the best in the whole hotel. Special thanks to the chef and the Mohamed!

Overall the staff were great. My wife had very specific dietary requirements (vegetarian, egg allergy) and the restaurant was very accommodating at every meal time. The place was beautifully maintained, beach, pools, rooms and facilities were all excellent. Aswany at the bar was very helpful and attentive and kept the drink coming! Great stay all round.
