Ramunas Kembre
We had an amazing stay at Steigenberger Alcazar! The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. We were particularly impressed by the heated pools, which were perfect for relaxation. The hotel offers plenty of space to enjoy, and the food was absolutely delicious.
One of the highlights was the five specialty restaurants, where we enjoyed a different cuisine every evening. The service and food were outstanding in all of them, but our family especially loved the Asian restaurant. We also thoroughly enjoyed the other dining options—it was a culinary delight!
Snorkeling near the coral reefs was an unforgettable experience, and the impeccable service made our entire stay truly special. We highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway!

Very nice hotel, the staff was very nice and always welcoming. If you need anything they are always here to help. The barman Mostafa made very nice cocktails at the swimming-pool, well-crafted for you. The restaurants were delicious, especially the Italian one and food was very good. The house-keeping is super fast, they are always very kind and very efficient.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.
The hotel amenities were top-notch, I also enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and public transport.

We stayed at Steigenberger for a week over NYE and had a fantastic experience. The hotel looks brand new and is fantastically maintained on a daily basis.
The service on the whole was exceptional and the staff highly attentive and happy help. They even have someone who comes round the pool to clean your sunglasses!
There are plenty of great facilities and activities. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the tennis court / racquets / balls, but seeing as they are free to use it is understandable they aren't the best.
The food at the buffet was consistently very good with a huge range of options. The a la cart restaurants varied in quality (but all good) with the best being the seafood restaurant (genuinely fantastic in both food quality and service), second best being the Asian restaurant (very good), third best being the French restaurant (had great presentation but the quality wasn’t as good as the other two) and the Lebanese restaurant coming in last (it was decent but felt like comparable to the buffet). We didn’t get a chance to try the Italian sadly.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and could not recommend this hotel enough!
