Great location and friendly staff. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool and private beach were highlights, perfect for relaxing. and the breakfast could use a bit more variety. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d return!

We had an amazing stay at Steigenberger Alcazar! The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. We were particularly impressed by the heated pools, which were perfect for relaxation. The hotel offers plenty of space to enjoy, and the food was absolutely delicious.
One of the highlights was the five specialty restaurants, where we enjoyed a different cuisine every evening. The service and food were outstanding in all of them, but our family especially loved the Asian restaurant. We also thoroughly enjoyed the other dining options—it was a culinary delight!
Snorkeling near the coral reefs was an unforgettable experience, and the impeccable service made our entire stay truly special. We highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway!

I recently had the pleasure of spending two weeks at the Steigenberger Hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had!
From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. They were always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request, which made us feel truly valued as guests.
The rooms were nothing short of amazing! Spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could wish for, our room provided a perfect sanctuary to relax after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in the design and cleanliness was impressive, and the stunning views from our balcony added an extra touch of magic to our stay.
Now, let's talk about the food – it was consistently great! The hotel offered a diverse range of dining options, from delicious local cuisine to international favorites. Each meal was a delightful culinary experience, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight with its vast selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
