The location is the only good thing about this hotel, the rest is a shame. Poor service, I stayed in a room with 2 beds, one was ok, and the other was broken and had no bedding, I had to go and ask at the reception.
They also charged us a resort fee, even if we prepaid our stay. We were supposed to get this fee back, but it didn’t happen and we had to call them for weeks to solve the problem. I don’t recommend at all, I would never return to this hotel.

I stayed here 2 nights for work and would never return. My room was prepaid by my company but I was charged $40 per night for a "resort fee". Even though this place is far from a resort and offers no resort amenities, I was ok with the charge. What I'm not ok with is the lack of service from their staff. No one informed me of the extra charge at check-in and no where on there website does it mention this extra fee so I didn't think to ask for a copy of my receipt when I departed. I called the hotel when the charge hit my card but no one ever answers. I called every day, several times a day, for 2 weeks and not once did someone answer. I also sent several emails and no one ever responded. I've worked in hotels and sending a copy of a receipt is one of the easiest tasks there is. I understand being busy, but to absolutely never answer the phone is ridiculous. Since the resort fee isn't advertised anywhere, it makes me wonder if this hotel is committing fraud. Be safe and stay somewhere else.

The street noise in this place is awful! Sounded like there were ambulances in our room all night. We went when it was cold outside and the window ac was not sealed so all of the cold air was coming into our room. We did not get much sleep during the trip. Will not stay here again.

First room was like a flophouse, unprepared and shoddy. Manager upgraded us to penthouse. Amazing views and location

it’s in a nice location, near times square and next to penn station. we were a group of 6, and they had 2 proper double beds but there was a futon and it was really uncomfortable. when we asked if we could change that in anyway, an employee gave us two single beds we had to make. for the rest, everything was good. the room was clean, peaceful and quiet. good overall.
