We had such a great stay at The Fives Oceanfront! The hotel itself was lovely — clean, calm, and full of good vibes — but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. From the moment we arrived, Eli at reception made us feel welcome and taken care of. At the bar, Fidel, Victor, Karen, Yair, and Haber went above and beyond every single day — friendly, fun, and always ready with a smile (and the best drinks!). And in the dining room, Elvis and Yoe were amazing — kind, attentive, and made every meal feel special. They all made us feel more like friends than guests. My only small wish would be for more seafood options on the off-season dinner menu — but otherwise, everything was wonderful. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already wanting to come back.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment I checked in, Eli the guy at the check in was super friendly, informative and helpful. The staff in the restaurants like Yoe, Fernando, Hair, Abraham, Gabriel, Joseph delivered nothing but perfect service everyday, every meal. Don't get me started on the food, it was equally as good as the service if not better. To the chefs who are unseen, this review is to recognise your contributions to my pleasant stay. Thank you. First time in Mexico and definitely not the last because of your entire staff. Puerto Morelos great and a beautiful contrast to the manicness of Cancun, if you fancy a truly relaxing vacation. This hotel is a beautiful oasis of tranquility and beauty. I will definitely come back and stay here. To the staff, keep doing great work and making your guests feel treasured. You are the best. One tiny critique, the TVs were not smart so if you want to watch some netflix, you need to bring a tablet/device to watch it on.

The staff at this resort is amazing. We paid for bed and breakfast only so we could enjoy local restaurants. So the 'mini-bar' which is stuff in the fridge is only for all inclusive including dinner. There is a kitchen but no dishes or cups, these are extra. Our bed was pretty firm. Our room on the 4th floor had daily noise above that sounded like furniture dragging across the floor. We were there 5 nights, no enjoying the room in the heat of the day. We called twice about it and were told no remodeling going on. If you get a courtyard room, it is noisy from the pool. It opens at 7am but kids were in the pool at 6:30am. The location is good if you plan staying at the resort. It's quite a walk to The Square, but we did it several times. We only had the breakfast which was ok...it's breakfast.

Abraham at the Al Mare restaurant was the best!!! He provided excellent service every visit! Even when he wasn't or server💗 the resort itself is nice, I wish there was more shade at the adults pool as I am very very pale 🤣 also wish there was some type of entertainment but we did go during the off season so no big shock there. One other note (that is not the hotels fault at all) it is quite smelly all around the hotel due to the seaweed!!! So be prepared. Our ambassador Valeria was very helpful I really appreciate all she did!

We so enjoyed our stay! The staff are outstanding! Abraham, Hair and Antonio were so amazing at dinner! So attentive, and professional ; yet so much fun! Victor was excellent at making wonderful drinks! Yoe has a lovely personality and a smile to match! Nymsy is a doll; so caring and helpful!
