I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Fives Hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were thrilled to discover our spacious and beautifully appointed room.
The amenities at The Fives are top-notch. The pools were pristine, and there were plenty of comfortable loungers for relaxing in the sun. The on-site dining options were outstanding, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to every palate. I especially loved the tropical cocktails at the pool bar!
A special shout-out to Cristina, Elvis, Daniel, and Adrian, who were exceptionally nice and helpful throughout our stay. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the experience even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated their efforts to make our stay memorable.
What really stood out, though, was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and I felt truly pampered throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions while still feeling like a peaceful oasis.
Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or just a place to unwind, The Fives Hotel delivers an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return!

We are Prestige Members with access too all The Fives and have been to the Fives Beaches Hotel and Residences multiple times but our first time here. Service is great as usual with Hector and Sergio in the restaurants anticipating our every need and remembering our likes. Carlos and Daniel in the bars making great drinks and everyone else we’ve engaged with. Food is very good all though just a little inconsistent prep wise sometimes. Still good but just different. Spa and Massages are great. Smaller resort which we prefer and very easy to navigate. Great location and 12-15 minute walk into Puerto Morelos which is a fun little town with great food, drink, shopping and access to several great stores to get whatever you forgot to bring.

The Fives is a beautiful, well laid out resort in an amazing On the Beach location. The food is gourmet quality in all 3 restaurants. However, what really sets this place apart from some of the other bigger resorts are the people working here. They are the friendliest, kindest most helpful individuals who do all they can to ensure you are well taken care of. We had exceptional service from people who treated us as family and good friends. Special thanks to our Ambassador Eli who shared amazing stories of this area, gave great tips on what to do and where to go, and solved an issue or two for us. If you need an excursion Yael is there to make it happen. Eduardo and Hector were amazing waiters and a big thanks to Yoe who started every one of our days with so much enthusiasm, energy and smiles! We would not hesitate to recommend this resort and would most definitely return here.

The staff at the Fives Oceanfront was excellent. Specifically Mariel, Hector, Ricardo and the activities director were all extremely welcoming and enjoyable to deal with. The rooms were large and nice but don’t provide silverware, napkins or plates unless you ask. The cushions on the balcony Bali beds were soiled and the hot tub located on the balcony was not clean and jets looked rusty. The rooftop pool was a highlight if you could get a pool chair, which is difficult at best. Cushions were torn and worn. The location was very nice and the beach well kept up. Suggest waiting before booking any extra benefits upfront tho they did refund us due to bad weather. We did not even get our coupons for discounts until we asked midway through our stay, which made them pretty much unusable with very little time left. Soiled hallway and elevator carpet was an eyesore to walk by several times a day.

We spent a week here and had a lot of fun. A couple highlights... Abraham was a master mixologist in the lobby bar with great drinks and Mexican liquor knowledge. Private rooftop romantic dinner with chef Juan and Jesus was really fun. Pool and beach drinks and food were delicious and plentiful. And PM was a delightful little town...we'll be back.
