We were here for our honeymoon and had a great time! The service was excellent (we especially appreciate Eduardo our beach waiter and Elvis our restaurant waiter!)
Views were incredible, right on the beach, and an easy walk to town. Rooms were comfy and quiet for the most part, some wear on the furniture. The beach was pristine - they raked and combed it multiple times a day and the chairs were very comfortable.
Only negatives were that a few parts of the hotel were closed for renovation at the time and we would not recommend room service food.
Highly recommend for couples! Would absolutely come back!

I had the most incredible stay at this beachfront hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—every staff member was welcoming, professional, and eager to assist (Sergio, Adrian, Sebastian, Roberto, Tony, Louisa, Pablo). The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views and direct access to a beautifully maintained beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the sea, making every sunrise and sunset a memorable experience.
The on-site amenities were fantastic as well, including multiple pools, delicious dining options, and a variety of water activities. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying a meal at the beachfront restaurant, or taking a walk along the shore, everything was perfect. The attention to detail and the care put into maintaining the property truly stood out.
If you’re looking for a relaxing and luxurious beach getaway, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return! Five stars all the way!

I stayed here for my anniversary!! And the service was phenomenal. I was completely in awe with how well the staff is. On our actual anniversary we went to eat at Al Mare and Abraham our waiter was the best. He made us feel like we were really in Italy. An amazing server, make sure to ask for him the next time you visit their hotel

We have been members at the fives for 5 years through Epic and our experience has been amazing! I came back in October of this year by myself because of the fact that my experience was always welcomed and the town very easy and friendly. I always looked forward to seeing the same friendly staff because they treated you like family. Being that said…. A lot had changed in a few months and I was sad to Not see the same people.
I had some concerns with what I had been used to and was very happy to have been able to talk to them about what I was seeing and to my surprise they couldn’t have been more generous and gracious to help me with my issues, and communication. We are looking forward to coming back for 5 weeks with family and friends in February and I am counting the days!😃. I am missing the amazing Delicious breakfast and food that was served to me! You didn’t disappoint. Keep up the great work and Amazing service.
