Guest services were friendly especially Eli and Gustavo had great art crafts during our stay. Location is a little out of the way but the beach was very nice and beach aide service was pretty decent, food overall was good, but dinner service needs improvement in time management. I hope we did have more dinner options. Rooms were very nice and spacious but wasn't given turndown service nightly as expected.

Holy guacamole this place is legit. We brought 90 Canadians down to celebrate our wedding and it went off without a hitch. Mar, Barbs and their team were fantastic. Valeria was also incredible to work with. I would highly recommend coming here for a vacation as the food is top tier, the rooms are unforgettable & the service level is something out of a movie.
Kudos to the Fives for making our trip one for the ages as our guests are already missing it and want to go back.
Having traveled to Mexico over 8 times, usually you stay away from red meat, chicken and most produce. Although this place everything was not only safe but incredibly delicious.
They also upgraded our room from a 1 bedroom penthouse to a 3 bedroom penthouse and honestly this was the catalyst of the trip as we were able to host ALL of our guests comfortably for night events and even after the wedding.
I can't say enough good things and want to say thank you to everyone was involved. My wife was over the moon happy and you know what they .."happy wife, happy life". Perfect way to start out marriage.

I wanted to take a moment to commend the outstanding team at The Fives Oceanfront. From the moment my fiancé and I arrived, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay along with our guests was nothing short of exceptional.
The front desk associates greeted me warmly and made check-in seamless, answering every question with professionalism and care. Their attention to detail and genuine friendliness set the tone for a wonderful visit.
The bartenders and servers (Eduardo, Roger and Fidel) were equally impressive, creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing impeccable service. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready with a smile, making every dining and social experience memorable.
It’s clear that the entire team at The Fives including (Victor and Joseph) takes great pride in their work. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone for making my stay along with our guests of over 40 was so enjoyable. I look forward to returning soon for our honeymoon!

The Fives is a very nice boutique hotel/resort on the beach in Puerto Morales. It’s about 1/2 hour from Cancun airport so super convenient. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The suite was very spacious with a full kitchen. The adults only roof top pool is great for relaxing. The food and cocktails are good. The best part was making crafts with Gustavo who makes a full schedule of activities for hotel guests. I would be happy to return to this resort again!

We were here for our honeymoon and had a great time! The service was excellent (we especially appreciate Eduardo our beach waiter and Elvis our restaurant waiter!)
Views were incredible, right on the beach, and an easy walk to town. Rooms were comfy and quiet for the most part, some wear on the furniture. The beach was pristine - they raked and combed it multiple times a day and the chairs were very comfortable.
Only negatives were that a few parts of the hotel were closed for renovation at the time and we would not recommend room service food.
Highly recommend for couples! Would absolutely come back!
