We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at TRS Coral. We ate at Boheme (French), el Gaucho (steakhouse), and Tentazione (Italian) and all were very delicious with a wide array of options for each restaurant. Helios was very good although I wouldn’t consider it Greek. Chic Cabaret was entertaining and the food was surprisingly good and and checked the box for a gastronomical experience. Our butler, Ben, was everything we could have asked for and was a great assistant with navigating our itinerary. We appreciate his helpfulness and politeness. The jacuzzi loft was the perfect place to unwind. We had plenty of space at the pool and beach to relax and the planned activities were just right. Zentropia, the spa, was superb. We had a couples massage and experienced the hydrotherapy which was amazing. The view from the rooftop pool was worth it all. Special thanks to Maranda for saving my toe from some unknown creature bite :) and to Guillermo and Leo for fun activities. Our server, Manuel, at Tentazione has a gorgeous singing voice and Julio at Gaucho was awesome. The bromance established between he and my husband was hilarious. Things to improve on: 1.) a nightlight of some sort to guide one from the bed to the toilet would be nice, 2.) when housekeeping takes a towel, they need to ensure that they replace it, and 3.) have more nighttime entertainment on the TRS side. We will definitely come back in the near future.

Cons: If you are looking forward to a nice welcome at this resort look elsewhere. When we arrived we were supposed to get a welcome drink as they had us fill out a questionnaire prior to our arrival. However no welcome drink given and we had to carry our own bags to the room, the gentlemen that showed us where our room was located we later realized he was a spa salesperson and only did it to get a sale from us which we declined This place prioritizes spa sales over customer service. Everywhere we go there was someone trying to approach us on the resort to book the spa. I wish they would use these sales people for other tasks. Our room: Upon entering our room we were greeted with a moldy smell and towels all had stains on them. We asked for replacements and which also had stains.I recommend they use bleach for towels to get stains removed as a 5star resort we expect these little things to be perfect. Food: Out of all the resorts I’ve been to this one dropped the ball when it came to food. Pros: The hot tub in the balcony and the lounges was a nice treat to get back to. The beach was amazing and clear only one day it was murky after a night of rain. The butler service was on point, they helped save the day many times and their responses were quick and timely. The resort in itself is very nice and massive, the boat shuttles was a nice little treat. They also cleaned the rooms twice a day which was quite nice and good to come back to after being out all day. The French restaurant is a must such amazing food and experience. All the restaurants are well designed and decorated inside. Overall this resort is not bad if they can work on customer service and food it will indeed be a 5star

My stay at TRS Coral has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The resort is beautiful, the staff are incredibly kind, and the service has exceeded our expectations. Freddy was absolutely amazing throughout our stay! He was super friendly, easy to work with, and always went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He was especially kind and thoughtful with my parents, who are visiting for the first time, and he went above and beyond to make my dad’s 60th birthday truly special! My dad is extremely appreciative, and our whole family loved his service. Anyone lucky enough to have Freddy, will be in great hands! Everyone here at TRS Coral has been so kind, it has been an incredible trip overall!

Resort was amazing but I want to highlight my dinner at El Gaucho with Robert and Encardo, amazing service. The views from the restaurant is beautiful especially at sunset! Massage at Zentropia was FANTASTIC. The hydrotherapy was very relaxing. You have you own personal guide which was good. Santiago was great and explained all the sauna and plug benefits. My massage therapist was Elvia. I have never had a massage where I didn’t have to note more or less presssure. She was amazing!

We stayed in one of the swim-up suites and it was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, modern, and felt private even though we were steps away from everything. The pool right off our patio was a total game-changer — morning coffee and an afternoon dip without ever leaving the room. Service was incredible from start to finish — staff remembered our names, drinks, and preferences after the first day. Food was way above typical all-inclusive quality (especially at La Boheme and El Gaucho). The resort feels upscale but never stuffy, and the access to the private beach area was a nice touch. If you’re looking for a quiet, adults-only getaway with first-class service, TRS Coral nails it. Worth every penny.
