Our dining experience at Helios was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to the best service we've encountered on our trip.
Josue, our server, was incredible. Not only was he attentive and friendly, but he also took the time to help me practice my Spanish, making the evening even more enjoyable. His recommendations were spot-on, and he made the whole experience so much fun.
Chef Abigail worked her magic in the kitchen, delivering a steak that was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Every dish we tried was delicious, with generous portions that left us more than satisfied. The care and creativity she puts into her cooking are evident in every bite.
Lastly, Enrique, the manager, was a true gem. He took the time to listen to us rave about the wonderful service and food, and his kindness made us feel truly appreciated as guests.
If you're in Cancun, do yourself a favor and dine at Helios. The combination of excellent service, outstanding food, and warm hospitality made it a night to remember!

Attended the Chic Cabaret tonight. Was worth every dollar. Superb show and the food was great. We are picky eaters and it was fabulous. Waiter was super sweet and friendly!!!! Great place, great service!!! Gilberto was our waiter!!!

Andrei was absolutely fantastic. I traveled here for a wedding. I only knew one other person from the wedding party and wanted to be close to them. Andrei took the time to look up any possible options to be with my friends and made it happen and got us on the same floor a few doors down. Check in process was so smooth and easy, property is beautiful and everyone is available to help with good English ( I speak no Spanish). I am huge on experiences and they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was top notch and memorable. I will be back soon.

The atmosphere was perfect for couples, allowing us to relax and reconnect away from everyday distractions.
