Great location to access Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The experience of taking the boats to the theme parks is really special. The rooms were lovely and seemed recently remodeled. It was great to have two sinks for our family of three to use getting ready. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick and good, and Marriott elite members can use their daily credit on purchases there. We booked late and found it for around $250 / night which seemed like a good value.

Stayed here for my most recent Disney trip and truly enjoyed this hotel. We were told the Swan was the more “chill” side of the resort along with being geared more towards adults. I would say that’s an accurate description. Though we weren’t on property much, the hotel was never crazy busy with rowdy children and transportation to Epcot and Hollywood Studios was so convenient by boat. We also loved the fact you could easily walk to two high-end Disney resorts for even more restaurant options. Guest services, though not “Disney” level, was still top notch. Room was clean and recently renovated. We even had a little view of the backside of Tower of Terror on the West side. Given the location and the price compared to other true Disney resorts, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, I was extremely disappointed by the hidden fees. The advertised price seemed reasonable, but upon checkout, I was charged for a room service and a daily resort service package. This deceptive pricing strategy is unacceptable and has left a negative impression. I will not be returning to this resort, nor will I support companies that resort to such tactics to scam consumers. It's increasingly common to see similar practices with airlines and other large corporations. While a higher upfront listed price wouldn't have deterred me, charging these additional fees after booking are simply unacceptable and I know it is becoming norm but not to me!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Great restaurants, and a great staff. Elisabeth took wonderful care of us at check in. Our room wasn’t ready, so when we received the text, Jacklyn took great care of us. Our favorite hotel. I also need to mention how wonderful housekeeping is. They work long, hard hours and do an amazing job. Guillermina A took amazing care of our room. We need to commend her.

We had a great 2 night stay here! We got a free upgrade to a balcony room with an alcove and it was a wonderful room with a perfect view. The hotel had a great ambiance with it not being as busy as the Dolphin but still a very short walk to the Dolphin with all of its amenities as well. The shared pool areas were very nice with tons of seating. This is a great option for those who use travel rewards to be able to book here & the Dolphin unlike all other Disney resorts but still have a great location and all of the other Disney resort benefits.
