Stayed here with a group of friends for our spring break. Most importantly we felt super safe the whole time. Being able to get from the airport to the resort was super safe and easy, and as soon as we got there check in was such an easy process and they gave us complimentary cool towels and martinis. Room service was super on top of cleaning the rooms and changing towels etc. Room service was also super on top of everything even in the middle of the night. The food was honeslty amazing in general and for an all inclusive. Breakfast buffet was HUGE and had so many options. For lunch we went to this little grill place next to the beach and it was great. Dinner has 7 options to pick from and you didn’t need a reservation or have to wait for any of them even during a busy time of year. The pool had so many fun games and everyone was so sweet. Maria who helped book our excursions was the absolute sweetest and best and made sure we had a great time. Would 100% recommend to anyone to go there and my friends and I would definitely go back!!!!!!

My husband and I recently stayed here and I wanted to share how fantastic it was! Not too crowded and not so much crammed into a schedule like a cruise. That being said, I love music and quiz games- that’s the only thing I wish they had that they didn’t. Staff were on point! Service was great and 95% of them were very friendly. The food was fantastic and offered a lot of variety. Not usually a big fan of buffets, but theirs was very clean and tasty so I really enjoyed it! We definitely want to stay again!

Our butler Joel was amazing. The food was not the best but the activities and the energy at the resort was great. A little far from the airport but it was a nice experience. Our oceanview room was modern, clean, and nicely furnished. We've been to all Hyatt Resorts in the area except Tides and this one is #1 for activities and #2 overall. Royal Beach is our #1 choice.

WOW!! I cannot say enough good things about this place and vacation. This was tied for my all-time favorite trip. I love the DR!!! Everyone working at this resort was so incredible; they were friendly, helpful, and entertaining! All of the food offered was wonderful; there are a ton of options and we didn’t have anything that was bad/that we didn’t like. There are daily activities offered on the resort which were very fun and got you up and moving. We didn’t have any issues getting chairs by the pool! The beach was beautiful and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fabulous & fun trip! I’m still wishing I was back here & I’ve been home for a month, lol!

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel for 10 days, and it was truly amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I couldn’t fault the customer service at all.
Jennifer by the pool was a standout; she was always there with a smile, ensuring we had everything we needed. I wish I could remember the name of another gentleman who was equally wonderful at the same pool. The entertainment staff were top-notch, providing engaging activities all day every day. We had pool parties and beach parties, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Also lots of different pool options, more relaxed or the party pool (even a lazy river and slides at dreams which is next door).

This was definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed at! Highly recommend!
