My husband and I recently stayed here and I wanted to share how fantastic it was! Not too crowded and not so much crammed into a schedule like a cruise. That being said, I love music and quiz games- that’s the only thing I wish they had that they didn’t. Staff were on point! Service was great and 95% of them were very friendly. The food was fantastic and offered a lot of variety. Not usually a big fan of buffets, but theirs was very clean and tasty so I really enjoyed it! We definitely want to stay again!

Amazing resort! First time in Punta Cana and I’m so glad I chose this place. The grounds are stunning and so well kept. The pools are spotless and beautiful as well as the beach area. The drinks are fantastic and service is excellent. I really appreciated how above and beyond the staff goes for the guests here. My room was very spacious and I loved having the balcony. Room service and cleaning was great as well. I enjoyed the live entertainment every night and truly had an amazing birthday here! Now I will say the food could be a lot better. It honestly wasn’t great and for the prices they are charging it really needs to be improved. I knew this going into booking the resort though so I wasn’t surprised. You do get access to their sister resort as well at Dreams which has a great Mexican restaurant called Tamarindo - highly recommend eating there! Overall, if you don’t care too much about the food but want to have a good time with amazing pools, beach, drinks, & parties then this is the resort for you! I will definitely come back!

First time here at Breathless and a 5 star resort. Really enjoyed our vacation. Rooms good, food was fantastic with lots of options. Beach was great and long walks were easy to do. Never felt unsafe. Staff are very professional and friendly, there was no pressure to purchase other packages but we were politely informed.Evening entertainment was very good too. Note: When you get your room key, there is an app to download. If we had been advised of this at check in, it would have made choices much easier for us. I think we will come here again!!

We are headed home after a 5 days stay at Breathless. It is our second time to DR and was fantastic. The hotel is very clean, well kept, and staff are friendly. I was nervous for the food since our first experience in DR was horrible (food wise) but everything was great! We loved the buffet and the strip grill- the flank steak is phenomenal! The Italian restaurant was ok, no “wow” factor flavor wise. The pools were beautiful and beach also stunning. One thing our group did not like was how late the entertainment started (21:30). It was hard to feel rejuvenated and excited after a day of drinking and being in the sun. The fire show was great.

We are loving our time here, but I wanted to share a small concern. We paid to reserve a space at the champagne spray by the pool since we are a large party. Unfortunately, no one came to offer us service, and the wait staff attended to everyone around us. It seems we would have been better off not paying for a spot and just sitting in a lounge chair to receive service.
