Great little hotel, right in the heart of everything. Our room was modern and very clean. The bathroom was a good size with a double shower. The bed was huge and comfortable. They had a pod coffee/tea machine in the room, a d the pods were filled up daily. If you needed more you could just ask at reception. All the staff were very friendly and on arrival they gave you a reusable water bottle. Which came in very handy. We didn't hear any traffic noise during the night and slept well every night. Maybe the fact we walked around 10 miles every day😁 Only downside was it was difficult using your key card in the elevators. We were not the only ones to struggle with this, and the blinds in the room let light in, in the morning. This wasn't an issue for us because we wanted to get up early to make the most of the 6 days we stayed here, but could be an issue for some people. Would not stop us staying here again Overall a brilliant hotel that I would recommend to anyone, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, staff and services. The room was quiet and clean, however a bit small. Their continental breakfast was fine, with the most tasty and huge muffins I've ever tried. They gave us a nice bottle to refill as many times as we wanted. There's a room you can have flavored water (sparking or not), coffee or tea as many times as you want. In the afternoon they serve biscuits and fruits in there (first come, first serve) and open a machine in which you can have espresso, cappuccino, latte or hot chocolate. There's a gym room you could use, but we didn't have the time. Undoubtedly, one of the best hotels we've ever been

Just stayed here over the weekend. Our room was perfect in every way! Size, cleanliness, great beds! Staff was friendly & extremely helpful/knowledgeable with directions also. Location was perfect & within walking distance to just about everything. Something else that isn't much reviewed, we felt safe there. Which is huge. Loved our stay & definitely will again as well as recommended it to everyone we know looking for a hotel to stay at in NY. Thanks for everything!

Has a really great experience at this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy after a long day of exploring. The bathrooms are also clean, nice and updated. All the staff are very friendly. Jose greeted us at the entrance and helped my wife with her luggage. We arrived a little before check in time, and Jose kindly took all our stuff and kept it safe in storage. They will also do this after you check out if you want to keep exploring. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back!

This hotel was fantastic for location. The staff, especially INNA, were so helpful. The rooms are well appointed with a lovely comfortable bed. If you walk, The Grand Central Station, Times Square, Empire State and Vanderbilt are easy to get to with comfy shoes! Otherwise the Subway is pretty straightforward with a map. A must is Ground Zero, Central Park and Liberty Island, again by subway. The Irish bar, left from outside the hotel does good food and Andrews (turn right and go past Macy’s) to next corner, is good for breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again.
