The location of the hotel is great, close to the metro, we don't waste time on transport. The services are good, the breakfast is very qualitative. The price in partnership with British airways is definitely worth it.
There is this destination tax, which remains unclear. But to understand clearly, the hotel takes a deposit of $600 and at the end of the stay it withdraws $35 per night. You should know that this $35 is a credit that you can use and that I advise you to use every day to buy drinks or food in the hotel. You are also entitled to a cumulative $25 credit for dry cleaning, be careful because at the end of the stay, the hotel billed us for dry cleaning. We let them know, and the refund was subsequently made. So before you go, check the rating carefully. In clear the hotel asks $600 - ($35 per night)

Our room was fine. Definitely dated and in need of touch up and some TLC. There was paint peeling and things falling apart in the bathroom. But overall we were happy. Good location and price. Would stay again.

Loved this hotel. Very busy at reception at times,so maybe another employee or two to deal with check in/check out.
Very clean room and all the staff are very friendly and lovely. However 2 employees made my time great here. Robert E is calmness personified and also very professional when dealing with everyone waiting for a table for breakfast and also Warren our server for breakfast. Both are a credit to the hotel and i would like to nominate them for special recognition for being so good at their jobs.

Staff are great . Great location . Too cheap to have water in the rooms or water for housekeeping to put in the rooms . Bar and restaurant add a 18 % tip but dont let you know and request another tip on a separate line .
One elevator never worked for 3 days ( unacceptable) . They charge $5. a bag to hold before check in and want $100 to enter your room a few hours early ( very disgraceful). Hotel should stop trying to screw the common people . Hotel should be run better .

The staff are wonderful! Jason was extremely helpful to change my parents room to another room that was closer to the elevator. He is very efficient. Caroline in concierage services is great as well in trying her best to get me a microwave on this extremely busy Thanksgiving weekend in NYC
