Sinuhe Disla
The combination of the location and the weather created an ideal setting for our stay. The staff were wonderful, demonstrating a caring attitude and working diligently to accommodate all our requests. However, it seemed that they could benefit from additional support. Regarding the dining options, we found that the buffet was the best choice overall. Not all of the restaurants met our expectations and some could use a bit more attention and care. Overall, if you can find a good deal, this place is worth visiting, especially for families with children, as they are likely to have a great time. Jery was particularly helpful in ensuring we had the best experience possible during our stay. He went above and beyond by providing exemplary service, assisting us with our room setup, and making reservations at the restaurants. While there were a few aspects of the room that required better maintenance, the hospitality we received more than made up for these issues. We were also very appreciative of Ms. Ana P. she and the rest of the staff work hard and serve us with care. Our daughter had a wonderful time, and we plan to return in the future.

Amazing!!! My two children ages 6 & 10 had a blast. I’m so grateful for this experience. The hospitality is top tier. Very friendly staff, rosemary is amazing. She explained the entire resort to me, very polite and outstanding customer service. I’m still in wow mood that I brought my children here.

We just celebrated my cousin and niece birthday who are 6 and 10 and we have to say the installations of the hotel are great and the location is beautiful but the food and the service was awful.
1. You expect to have an amazing service for the price you are paying for every night. But the service had a lot to ask for. The people were not helpful, we even had to take our plates of the table because they wouldn’t clean. They didn’t had orange juice, sodas or anything. The overall quality of the food was at least a 1.5/10. Very weird coming from a Nickelodeon chain.
2. The kids activities are not included, be aware that you are going to pay at least 20% more. So no it’s not all inclusive as they promote it.
3. The slime is not slime it’s just water with green tint. Our kids were expecting something entertaining not even a party or anything similar, just a little splash.
4. They are not enough workers for the capacity and volume of people. We were at the pool and waited for someone to come and asks us what we wanted. They even said we had to go somewhere else to see all the cocktails list. When we asked, so we had to go out of the pool to see and order.
Rooms and installations as I said were great.

Title: Disappointing and Definitely NOT Kid-Friendly
I recently stayed at this resort, which claims to be “all-inclusive” and “perfect for families,” but it was a huge letdown. If you’re considering bringing kids here, think again.
First, the food service was abysmal. The “kid-friendly” options were practically non-existent unless you count bland pasta and soggy fries as a culinary experience. There were no chicken nuggets or vegetarian options at all. The buffet was repetitive and poorly stocked, and wait times for the so-called “family restaurants” were outrageous. By the time we finally got a table, the staff seemed overwhelmed and disinterested. The staff was barely attentive and were repeatedly asked to provide a glass of water. Majority of the time, we noticed most of the tables at the restaurants empty yet told the wait time would be over an hour. We even had to ask multiple times for high chairs, which should have been readily available at a supposed family resort.
The activities for kids were another disappointment. We saw no engagement from the staff for any activities on the premises let alone any of the characters walking about. My kids were bored after the first day, and I had to scramble to entertain them myself.
As for the overall service? It was subpar. Requests for basic amenities were either ignored or took hours to be fulfilled. Housekeeping missed our room twice, and the staff’s attitude was generally indifferent.
This resort for families with kids is an absolute disaster. Save your money and go somewhere that actually delivers on its promises.

The location, weather, and the staff are wonderful. However, there are issues that the giant corporate company could fix. The resort is in need of repair and maintenance - there are leaks, missing or detached decorations, and many water features at the water park that do not work. The staff are amazing and work hard, but they seem to need some help.
As for the food, it's a resort so it's not going to be top-notch, but it shouldn't be bad either. There have been sandwiches with bones in them, missing appetizers, and recycled food that wasn't warm. This leaves a lot to be desired. Ironically, the buffet was the best option overall. The restaurants need some tender loving care (TLC).
Overall, if you can get a deal on this vacation, I'd say come. Otherwise, I don't think full price is worth it until they do some serious repairs. Nickelodeon Corp, come give this resort some TLC.
