The Best Service on Earth: A New Standard for Luxury in Jamaica!
We just returned from an absolutely amazing family trip, and I can confidently say that this resort has set a new standard for us. We've traveled to numerous five-star resorts throughout the world, but the level of service here was hands-down the best we have ever experienced.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like true VIPs. The difference-maker for our family was our personal butler, Davita. She was an absolute gem—attentive, proactive, and genuinely warm. She anticipated our needs before we even knew them, handling all dinner reservations, ensuring our favorite snacks were stocked in the room, and even planning a surprise birthday decoration that made the celebration unforgettable. Davita made the entire vacation effortless.
Beyond the impeccable service, the grounds and amenities were spectacular. Everything is meticulously maintained, and there is something for every member of the family to enjoy. Whether we were relaxing by the stunning pool, enjoying the pristine beach, or taking advantage of the dining options, we were constantly impressed.
I have been to Jamaica several times, but this resort is on another level. It’s more than just a beautiful place; it’s a beautifully run place. We will absolutely be returning here again and again.

We have been to this resort multiple times, the staff is wonderful as always! They are always willing to help with whatever needs you may have. The issues that are really upsetting are the cut of staff, causing many events and resturants to be closed. This resort boasts its many restaurants and we end up in a buffet line.......I'm expecting a certain level of vacation for the money payed. When I walk over to the buffet.. I almost loose a toe due to the decking literally disintegrating. Wich is another issue, I mainly point blame to the hotel not spending money to upkeep the facilities. I say this because the shrubbery, the beach, the grass everything that the workers "can" maintain looks excellent. Large items like the decking, fixing rot areas on the hotel room exteriors. Another issue is fresh fruit is scarce, alcohol items and mixers are limited. On top of all of this I used this vacation to show my mother Jamaica for the fist time. Overall the staff is amazing but the decline of the all of the other things make me rethink where we will spend our next vacation.

The resort is overall nice.. it is looking a little aged, it needs a update for sure . The staff is amazing. Everyone knows your name. Marion in the buffet restaurant was absolutely amazing 😍😍. I could not ask for better service.. We enjoyed Rashane and Sheri if we wanted something they found a way to get it to us.. I would definitely return to the resort just for the staff alone .

Shyaine is the most kindest helpful member of staff I have come across in the 3 times I have been to this hotel. Nothing is ever to much trouble for her and she makes you feel welcome, if anything goes wrong she makes it right with in minutes, I’ve travelled the world and never met such a helpful member of staff, she is a absolute tribute to your hotel, I’m am definitely not the only person saying this every other guest I speak to is definitely of the same opinion and she is very highly spoken off as soon I hear a guest talking about a amazing member of staff it always turns out they mean Ssyaine

Our stay at the resort has been amazing, but what truly made it unforgettable were the bartenders at Las Brisas Bar — Jason, Jevar, Angeleta, Venessa, and Rickel. They are the absolute heartbeat of this place! From the moment we walked up, their energy was magnetic — warm smiles, quick wit, and drinks that somehow always hit the mark. Jason and Jevar kept the vibes high with their humor and creativity behind the bar, mixing cocktails that were as beautiful as they were strong (in the best way). Angeleta and Venessa brought the perfect mix of charm and professionalism — always attentive, always friendly, and genuinely happy to make sure everyone was having a great time. And Rickel? A total pro — smooth, personable, and knows exactly how to make every guest feel like a regular.
Las Brisas isn’t just a bar; it’s an experience because of this team. Whether it’s a casual afternoon cocktail or a a spot to hang while the rain passes, they make every visit memorable. Their service easily puts this resort in a league of its own. If you’re lucky enough to stay here — trust me, make Las Brisas your first stop.
Hands down the best meal we’ve had at the resort was the Jamaican restaurant! The Jamaican patties were perfectly flaky and full of flavor, and the oxtail was melt-in-your-mouth delicious — absolute comfort food done right.Our server Jordane was the highlight of the night. He was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel special. You can tell he takes real pride in making guests feel welcome. If you eat anywhere at the resort, make it here — and definitely ask for Jordane. He’s the best!

Grand Palladium, is beautiful and grand indeed. Amazing Staff and delicious food - everything to love!
We had an fantastic stay at the Grand Palladium Jamaica! We travelled as a group of 14 celebrating a wedding anniversary of 25 years and two birthdays, and the resort handled our large group perfectly, no issues with dinner reservations or service.
The Jamaican food in the main buffet was outstanding, so much authentic local flavour. Please keep this up; we can’t stop raving about it to everyone! The Indian restaurant and Poseidon were also top-notch.
The staff truly made our trip special. Huge thanks to Anthony Garwood (Groundworker), who greeted us with a smile every day; Dante (Steward) and Shenice (Chef) for ensuring I had ackee made to my dietary needs; Cameila from the Indian restaurant for her warm service; Rakeisha at the main buffet for her continuos care; and Rekeisha at Poseidon, who was a fantastic host and made my birthday lunch unforgettable. Special mention also to Kiwi for leading the best Pilates I have ever had — full of energy and positivity!
If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the entertainment. We missed the steel pans and Jamaican show, even though they were listed on the app. More signage or reminders around the resort would help. A daily water-cycle class would also be a great addition. Entertainment options is all the more important given the hotels Remote location!
Overall, we’d definitely visit again for the amazing staff, delicious food, and beautiful grounds - book it!

Ate at the Sumptuori restaurant. Treshana was our server. She was very helpful, courtois and professional. The chef, Jason, also came to the table to ensure everything was going okay. He explained the difference between regular sushi and the uramaki. Everything was amazing. The service was exceptional and the food was great. Definately a return visit is a must.

To celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday I decided to set up a moonlight dinner. To say it was amazing and memorable! The location and ambiance was breathtaking. Our sever Dyandra was very courteous and professional with a great sense of humor. Throughout our dinner,.Ingrid (the manager) continually. checked in with us to make sure things were going smoothly. At the end of our dinner they Ingrid and Dyandra sang happy birthday and presented my husband with a birthday cake. We rate this entire experience a 10 out of 10. We’d like to give a big Thank You to the entire Grand Palladium staff for our making our night so special!

Couples Tower Isle is the perfect resort for mature couples and groups seeking a serene, less-hectic pace and genuinely friendly service. My wife and I had a truly relaxing experience.
The resort shines in its amenities. The gym is one of the best-equipped I've seen on the island—a major plus for fitness enthusiasts. Dining was abundant and delicious, with flexible options: breakfast starts at 7:30 AM; lunch runs from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM; and a convenient grill operates from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM. A delightful, all-day ice cream station is also located right next to the grill!
Service is excellent. Staff are friendly and attentive, always willing to help, which contributed greatly to the relaxed atmosphere. Our room was well-appointed and maintained with twice-daily housekeeping. We appreciated the fully stocked refrigerator, replenished daily with beer, sodas, and various juices, and the convenience of room service.
While the pace is relaxed, there is plenty to do. Guests can enjoy a wide array of beach activities and nightly entertainment.
We met numerous repeat visitors, some on their third trip, and we understand why they keep coming back. If you're looking for an intimate, small-resort getaway where you won't feel lost in the crowd, this is the place. Highly recommended

We stayed at this resort for 7 days at the end of January 2025. The rooms were basic but clean, the beds comfy and the AC worked great. This may be a small resort but the views are gorgeous. The staff was great. This was the 9th time I had been to Jamaica, and this resort had the best food! We also signed up for the Couples Rewards and were able to spend a day at the sister resort down the street, Couples San Souci. That was a great perc as it changed it up a little and made us want to try out the other resort too at another time.

We recently stayed at Couples Turtle Isles and were absolutely blown away by the exceptional experience—this resort truly deserves every one of its five stars!
First and foremost, the housekeeping services were extraordinary. The meticulous attention to detail and consistent excellence set a new standard for hospitality. In fact, the housekeeping team’s dedication and high standards could serve as a global benchmark for how hotel housekeeping should be conducted.
A huge shout-out also goes to the executive chef, who went above and beyond to accommodate our special dietary requests, particularly our craving for breadfruit,. His thoughtfulness and culinary expertise made our stay even more delightful and memorable.
Additionally, the bellhop team deserves special mention. Their warmth, genuine hospitality, and eagerness to assist created a welcoming atmosphere right from the moment we arrived.
We also want to extend a special thanks to our wonderful driver who took us back to the airport at 7 AM on June 9. Though we unfortunately don’t remember his name, his amazing sense of humor, friendly demeanor, and safe driving made the typically tedious airport transfer exceptionally enjoyable and memorable.
The resort itself provided incredible entertainment and a unique, relaxing vibe that’s both chill and effortlessly cool. Couples Turtle Isles offers an experience you simply won’t find elsewhere—one that’s enjoyable, stress-free, and genuinely special.
We can’t wait to return!

went for 7 nights in september, it's a decent place if you just want good enough food, strong drinks, and a comfy bed, there's nothing lux about this place. Food was mediocre, we had such a bad experience at Eight Rivers, Bayside also was not great, but the buffet and Verandah was good enough. It's definitely not the same high energy smiling crew we've had at other resorts, but no one treated us badly. Infrastructure is dated and rusted, we constantly got "clean" towels with stains on it, but bed was comfy and water was clean. I do wonder if it's cause we paid for the cheaper garden view cause all the ocean view people seem to have a way better experience.

We had the best time at this resort. It was so peaceful and full of beautiful plants and animals. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and just a small walk across the street.
The food was slightly repetitive, but still well prepared every time. The service is where this resort shines. The people who work here are genuine and kind. Kevan, the lifeguard was such a great help to us by making sure we had the best time. He was courteous, helpful, friendly and funny. Travis was another awesome employee we met. He worked security and always had a smile ready, and offered any information we needed to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were so pleasant, even though we bugged them so often.
We had a wonderful time and are already dreaming of the day we return.
This was our honeymoon, and it was absolutely amazing.

If your vacation vision involves a lush, intimate escape without the flash and fanfare of massive resorts, Sunset at the Palms delivers in style. The rooms are so cozy! No concrete jungle. The low-key, adults‑only vibe is amazing. It’s extremely quiet and peaceful and there is no poolside techno music. Which was greatly appreciated. A crossing guard helps guests reach the private beach club which is a short walk across the street. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The staff on the beach also did a great job of keeping the peddlers away.
Sunset at the Palms was a romantic, restful haven for us. We definitely preferred its serene Indo‑Caribbean charm over resort spectacle. It’s not the place for loud parties or all-night entertainment—but we valued its personalized service, delectable food, a swim‑up bar, and beachside bliss without crowds, you’ll love it.

If you want a small personal resort experience this is it! No concrete jungle here just 75 rooms and everything is very personal! The beach and pool are small but we always had covered seats on the beach and poolside seating was easy as well. Met great people both at the resort and the guests. The food was very good and whatever you wanted was was taken care of! It's not what people think of when "resort" comes to mind but it is one of the best weeks I've had in a long time!

We absolutely love sunset at the Palms. My wife and I stayed at the resort March 2025. We found this resort to be utterly charming. Food was amazing and the staff were so hospitable and attentive to our every need. The grounds were immaculate! The bird song And tree frogs brought so much joy to our hearts. We stayed in the 700s section and it was pure bliss. We loved our room, especially the balcony with the daybed. We took more than one nap together outdoors, listening to the sounds of nature before dinner. The beach was amazing and the staff catered to every need. Food and drinks from the beachside bar were wonderful though, I would recommend Taking one day to go over to the Office of nature for their lobster, OMG!
Yes, there were a few vendors hawking their wears on the beach, but all it took was a simple no thank you and they left us alone. Love the buskers who came along and played live music to serenade us. Donovan is the best!
The bartenders were so friendly and professional. By all means be sure to catch Paul at the piano bar. Thanks again sunset at the Palms we’re already making plans for our return.

We came here for our honeymoon, to spend 1 week after 1 week of travelling by car through Jamaica. We were hoping for somewhere relaxing, beautiful, calm, with good food and drinks, good beach experience and a comfortable hotel. We found that and more. A hotel is more than a place to stay and do things, I think a truly good hotel experience needs to be a an overall experience where you really feel detached from daily life. This is one of the best hotel experience we ever had, not because it was the fanciest or the biggest or with the best food offer, but because we felt so good there everyday and the overall experience was great.
Of all the good things, for us the best thing was the staff. They were all great, authentic, proactive, professional but warm and welcoming. They would even anticipate our needs, like one time a couple of cocktails were brought to us after we finished ours and didn’t need to ask. On the last day we went to say goodbye to Andrice who served us so well at the beach, and she gave us a Jamaica key ring. Truly a great experience that I find rare nowadays in Hotels.
Other great things, the food in the beach (I must have ordered the jerk chicken and onion rings like 10 times), the drinks (ask for Bananacolada with coconut rum at the pool!), the music (Piano Paul always rocking the piano), the BBQ night (such AMAZING ribs), the beach (no concrete mega structures, just the palm trees, nice safety guard, water without rocks and good mix of shade and sun) and the room (with a balcony with a duvet where one can lie down during a tropical rain).
We had never said we would return to a hotel, but this one will probably change that. We just know that when we want days on the Caribbean with good service, good beach and good food and drinks, this place will be there for us.

Yeah Mon!! Sandals South Coast is amazing! This was our first time at a Sandals and also first time at even an all inclusive. The rooms, pools, landscape, beaches are all perfectly maintained. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed Shavia's games on the beach and her karaoke night!! She is so charming and so much fun. Tammy and Tajay at Sushi by the Sea are the most amazing servers. And Damine at the Dive Shop is the best dive instructor, as he did our refresher SCUBA course and took us on two dives. We had not been diving in years and were a bit apprehensive but really wanted to do it. He was so patient and calming and understood exactly the instruction we needed to allow us to enjoy diving again!! We highly recommend it and will return again one day.

Our 6 day stay was fabulous! The grounds are well kept. The food is amazing. You must eat at Eleanors, Neptunes, Schooners, and enjoy Jamaica Day at Bayside! Jamaican food is DELICIOUS!! I have to mention a few bartenders that were top knotch not only in their mixology talents; they were also eager to provide us with their Jamaican culture, favorite places to tour and cooking secrets: Travoy, Mario, Chantail, Cadeisha, and our absolute favorite was a special lady named Tasheeka! We also received an education on the modern reggae with a personal acópela demonstration from new hire, Rodaine! My sweetheart and I had a fabulous stay! We went to Sandals South Coast as part of a pickleball group. The entire experience was top notch. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed breakfast on our private balcony every morning. The pickleball was well organized with great coaching. The choices for food allowed us to try different types of cuisine. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The pool was great. There were many activities and entertainment opportunities. Great place! Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time at Sandals South Coast! The views were beautiful, our room was spacious and the food was delicious. I want to give a special shout out to Kayan. She did activities at our pool and we became friends. We came down to see her sing in the evenings. She has an amazing voice! She even sang our first dance song and had us dance. She also came and found us in the lobby to say goodbyes on our last day. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Disappointed by the Decline in Standards at Sandals Ochi
Having previously enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sandals Ochi, I was disheartened to find that the resort no longer lives up to the high standards it once upheld. Unfortunately, our recent experience fell short in several key areas, particularly in customer service and overall guest experience.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a room that had a strong mildew odor. While the staff did accommodate our request to change rooms without issue, the new room presented its own challenges — no hot water, flickering lights that eventually failed completely, and repeated maintenance issues throughout our stay.
The level of service from the butler team was especially disappointing. Unlike our previous visit, where our butler Romeo went above and beyond to ensure we were informed of daily activities, had snacks and refreshments awaiting us, and felt genuinely cared for, this time our assigned butlers were largely unresponsive. Requests were met with audible sighs over the phone, and even basic tasks — such as completing our weekly planner or cleaning our private pool — were either delayed or ignored entirely.
The resort grounds, once immaculately maintained, now appear neglected. We observed more staff members on-site, yet many seemed disengaged, often standing around in conversation rather than attending to guests or upkeep. The golf carts, previously reserved for transporting guests and staff with operational duties, are now frequently used by employees for personal transit, leaving guests to walk without assistance. When I asked one staff member for a ride, I was told, “That’s not how it works,” though he reluctantly agreed to help.
Room service was unreachable despite multiple attempts, and the dining options have noticeably diminished in variety and quality. The revised menu lacks the diversity we once appreciated, which further added to our dissatisfaction.
Given the premium price point of this resort, we expected a level of service and hospitality that reflects the Sandals brand. Sadly, this experience has left us deeply disappointed, and we are now exploring alternative all-inclusive resorts for future vacations.
Sandals Ochi was once a standout destination — but regrettably, it is no longer what it used to be

Spent fabulous time doing gym work, Pilates, aqua aerobics and stretching classes with Shereka who was absolutely amazing. Fabulous instructor, helpful and great fun to spend time with. You must visit her classes if you stay at Sandals Ohio Rios. At the beach sports centre Glenroy was super helpful and informative, big thank you to him for the help with my paddle boarding

It would help if a more noticeable sign is placed outside the resort to assist with identifying the entrance. Didn't enjoy the beach as it was not sandy but instead muddy.

I had an amazing weekend here. I’ve been to a number of hotels and I can say by far the best service I’ve received. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing. The room was nicely decorated for my partner’s birthday and I can’t find any faults with anything! Definitely will be visiting again.

Couples has always been a favourite for my husband and I. This last visit was below expectations. While we know it's an older hotel, the flora and fauna is always breathtaking and added to the attraction for us. Then the food was always 5 stars. The food this time was disappointing. The buffet dinner was blah and the best meal we had which I would give 4 🌟 would be at Casanova. Even that was underwhelming comparing to our last visit this year. Now I think they have lost a few notches for us, so Sandals in undoubtedly now our #1.

Amazing all inclusive experience here! We stayed the end of June and it wasn't crowded at all. Everyone was so kind and remembered our names and there was lots of activities, events, and excursions to chose from. Next time we will definitely have to stay longer than this 6 night trip. The rooms were clean and the excursion we booked was by far the highlight of our trip. The food was okay, not the best, but acceptable. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The bar was consistently understocked—staff kept mentioning they were running low, and there was often little to no beer or champagne available. The pool was not well-maintained, and the resort overall was not kept clean. For example, vomit remained on the steps for three days until rain finally washed it away.
Our group reserved this trip eight months in advance, so we expected the resort to be prepared, but that was not the case. To make matters worse, we were told multiple times to be quiet, which made the atmosphere feel more like a funeral than a vacation. Sadly, this was not the experience we had hoped for.

Traveling queen
A decent stay, but not quite what we expected.
The rooms were noticeably outdated and showed signs of wear, including visible water damage and a general lack of upkeep. While the resort is marketed as a smaller, more boutique-style property, it felt more like a standard hotel due to the number of rooms and overall layout.
Despite its larger size, the resort didn’t feel overly crowded, and we rarely encountered many other guests. However, this is not a luxury property—the atmosphere and amenities are more casual. The dining options reflected this as well: meals were simple and familiar rather than gourmet or high-end. The main buffet offered a typical selection of comfort foods, suitable for picky eaters or vegetarians, though not ideal for those seeking an upscale culinary experience.
A nice touch was the nightly entertainment during dinner, which added some liveliness and atmosphere to the evenings without being intrusive.
The beach itself was beautiful, with soft sand and clear water, but it is not private, which meant frequent interruptions from local vendors selling jewelry, jet ski rentals, or other items. This made it difficult to fully relax at times.
Another enjoyable detail was the self-serve ice cream station, perfect for cooling off during the day.
Overall, a good option for travelers seeking a simple, budget-friendly stay with a bit of nightly entertainment, but those looking for luxury, privacy, or a true boutique feel may want to explore other options

My husband and I had never been to Jamaica before and we absolutely LOVED the resort and staff. We met other amazing couples from all over the states who had been coming back to the resort year after year and offered lots of insight!
The food at each of the restaurants was great. Well seasoned and authentic. The staff were attentive and efficient.
We decided to do a Garden room and that did not disappoint. The view was lovely and serene. The room was clean and always stocked. The house keepers made sure you always had what you needed without asking.
The pool was a perfect temperature and the swim up bar was always fully stocked!
Of course I can’t forget to compliment how clean the beach was! It was beautiful and well kept. Clear water and nothing but sand!
Needless to say, we will absolutely be coming back!

My husband ( a Jamacia Native) and I spent a full week at this resort for our anniversary and it was spectacular. From the door we felt right at home. From the assistance of the front desk ladies, wonderful service and cuisine in all of the dining areas, creativity and cleanliness of the housekeepers ; we were treated swell. There was always something fun to experience in the evenings as well.
The beach area is crisp and clean with clear seas .We're planning to experience the other campuses across the island as we speak. Thank you all for one the best vacations ever.

The resort had amazing food choices, from the curry to the gluten free. This resort had more gluten free options than I've ever seen in any restaurant. They catered to allergies and were very helpful. As far as being waited on, it just wasn't there. Compared to resorts in Mexico where you're waited on at every moment, it did set me back a bit. They say tips are forbidden at this resort, but tips are expected from the moment you arrive at the airport till you arrive back at the hotel. One of the memorable moments was the GLASS BOTTOM BOAT tour! Our guides were amazing.

My husband and I just returned from our first visit to Couples Negril for our honeymoon. The Couples brand was recommended to me by a coworker who has been many times. They recommended Swept Away, but I decided with it being our first all inclusive the smaller resort would help us to not feel overwhelmed. I researched many AIs, in many countries, and found that Couples seemed to be the best bang for our buck. The price includes water sports and excursions (snorkeling, scuba diving, catamaran cruise, glass bottom boat, and more). The water sports staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Another thing that we liked is there is no tipping at Couples, and they do not have tiers of service. It is a true all inclusive experience. There was NO other AI brand I came across that offers these things.
We are 26 and 33 years old. We saw many people say this resort is a much older crowd. When we went, we found it to be a good mix of ages. We talked to many other young honeymooners, as well as people celebrating their 10th, 20th, and 30th anniversary. We are not partiers, and we found the vibe to be exactly what we were looking for.
The food is good if you find what you like and stick with it. We loved the breakfast buffet (especially the omelet station), Lychee, and the beach grill.
The coffee bar was absolutely incredible. Special shoutout to Daneica, she makes the best vanilla latte I’ve ever had.
The rooms were nice and very clean. You can tell the property is older and there are some parts that could use some fixing up, but it was still a gorgeous resort. For example, some parts of the pool looked rough. We weren’t bothered by this as we spent almost all of our time on the beach.
THE BEACH IS INCREDIBLE!!!!! The water is so, so clear. Imagine purified water out of a bottle clear. The beach is kept in absolutely impeccable condition thanks to the groundsmen of the resort. I always made sure to show appreciation for their work when I saw them. They are incredibly hard workers and do such an amazing job. The sunsets were the most beautiful I have ever seen. I truly could not believe my eyes when I looked at the sky each evening. It is truly the beach of your DREAMS.
Before booking I saw multiple reviews saying the employees are rude and do not always provide good service. My opinion is that those reviews are WRONG. We found that you get what you give with the staff. If you are kind, the staff are so appreciative. I have never seen people respond so positively to simple kindness and respect. One of the main reasons we plan to return to this resort is because of the amazing staff. Getting to know them brought so much joy to our trip. Shaquan brightened my day each time I saw her at the different restaurants. Donna took great care of us each morning at the breakfast buffet. We received the most amazing couples massage from Venecia and Doreen at the spa. Lindon took care of us on many occasions at the Terrace bar, he made us special shots based on our preferences and they were delicious. Denva kept us laughing at the piano bar and remembered our order each time he saw us. My husband and I can’t wait to go back to see all of our new friends!
Overall we had the most amazing honeymoon, and we cannot wait to come back to Couples Negril!

I had an amazing experience at the resort. I got married there last week and everything was great. I especially appreciate the staff specifically the wedding staff (Rochelle and Desmont) who were very professional and accomodating. They made my day go so smooth and I'm grateful for that. The night entertain (I do not remember the band's name) but they were awesome and full of energy. The massages at the spa across the street was great and I usually hate massages. The makeup artist the day of my wedding did a fantastic job. I showed her my inspo photo and she did exactly what I asked for. The atomsphere is just relaxing and I honestly wish we would have booked more time there. I almost forgot to mention that the different varieties of food was great as well and I highly reccomend the private dinner on the beach. The beach in the daytime is absolutely breathtaking. We were extremely pleased with everything and may spend our 1st anniversary there.

Our second visit to CSA. T he beach & clear water cannot be beat! It was off-season so the resort was less crowded-which was a bonus. Although with this bonus came less amenities as a restaurant & bars were closed. It's a trade-off based on what you like.
The staff were somewhat less helpful & friendly than our priorities stay, which was disappointing. The food at Feathers, Lemongrass and the ala carte nights at The Palms were impeccable!

Many issues — mostly the staff being extremely rude and not accommodating. But the most important problem happened the night before check-out: we got sick, so we went to the lobby, and they kindly gave us two Advils — one for me and one for my husband!!!!!
The next morning, on check-out day, everything seemed fine. We asked for two more Advils just to get us through until we could see a doctor. They took us to the “nurse,” who asked what symptoms we had. We said just a cough and a mild fever. She told us to buy syrup from the gift shop. We checked, but there weren’t any good options, so we went back to the lobby and asked again for Advil until we could speak to our doctor.
They refused to give us any, with no explanation. Once we checked out, they still wouldn’t give us two Advils — something worth maybe $0.20 — after we had spent thousands there.
Really bad experience overall. Shameful.

The location was very nice, I really enjoyed being able to walk right on the long strip of the beach every single day. The food availability of food at almost all hours was great, I never felt rushed to get breakfast, lunch or dinner. The health and wellness center was also great. A lot of equipment to choose from at the gym and many other athletic options to choose from.
Negatives:
The lack of lighting in the room. The only working lights in our room was the overhead lights on the bathroom vanity and the bedroom vanity. (and entrance/hallway). The bedside lights never worked and when we asked for it be resolved, nothing happened.
The bathroom needed some obvious upgrading but it looks like they are in the process of doing that in some of the buildings. Our iron was also broken and leaking water (all over the suite that needed to be worn in a few hours) but they were able to replace that within 30 minutes.
I'm also curious about the privacy of some of these rooms, the first room we had, all 3 walls facing the outside had shutters that you would need to open since there was little to no lights in the room.
Overall I'm not sure if I would stay here again (not soon anyway) since it looks like they are in the process of doing some updates on the resort. Hopefully these issues are taken into consideration because I think it is a beautiful resort and the location is excellent as well.

Our experience here was excellent. As noted, the sunsets in Negril are amazing. Our view of the ocean was amazing. The service from our Butlers, Damion and Basil, was great. The loyalty and Island Routes team were amazing. We enjoyed our entire week. The one difference with the locations outside of Montego Bay is the drive to the resort.

We just returned Saturday Oct 11th 2025 and Sandals Negril is an incredible experience! The resort property is beautiful, natural and very well maintained. This is our 4th Sandals visit (2xbahamas 1xbeaches negril) and the quality of service and food is outstanding and I think it’s why they have alot of returning guests. Special shoutout to Hudari(I think that was his name) that we met at arrival and helped us to our room, he was incredibly helpful and we got to see him Saturday when we left. All the resort staff is really nice and they do whatever they can to make sure you’re taken care of ! I would definitely recommend and would love to return to Sandals Negril, however am very eager to check out all the Sandals properties!
Food is incredible especially at Brava, this is above average food for a resort as all the restaurants were, reservations were easy to get even the morning of the same day. Crema coffee was incredible and the girls worked hard to keep the wait time short.
Pros: Property, staff, food, size of resort (smaller which is what we love) everything is outside (which is what we love) we only sat inside at Sundowner but had the option to sit outside. 7 mile beach incredible
Caribbean night on the beach was incredible, excellent job with that Sandals!
Cons: Make sure when booking you ask if your room has a balcony if it’s important to you, not all rooms have balconies which was very surprising to us.
Drink service on the beach could have been more frequent, I think we only had drinks offered on the beach 2 days.
Better jerk! We’ve been to Jamaica 8 times and would have loved to have a jerk hut or something a bit more legit then was offered at Perla. Not to say the one at Perla wasn’t good, it just didn’t seem as legit as we’ve had in Jamaica!

We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon at Sandals. We booked a few excursions through the resort and had a great time. The food was lack luster but our service was always good. I’d say the food across the resort was 6/10. We also asked to move rooms due to construction and they moved us immediately and allowed us to check the room first before moving our belongings. We had a great time taking photos on the beach and along the walkways. And we would highly recommend the extra cost of a dinner on the beach. However, after we returned home and had purchased many photos, we could not access them. After a week of emails and a phone call to Epix, they refunded us for losing our photos. Precious memories gone. Devastating and heartbreaking. We still would stay again, but probably wouldn’t bother with photography. We would’ve taken more photos of ourselves there had we known. We recommend bringing some cash to tip drivers, staff, etc.

Sandals Negril is an amazing all inclusive resort for adults only. The beach is amazing, and they have rooms right in front of it. The sunset view is a strong reason for getting a room there.
Food is good, slightly above all inclusive level. Entertainment is corny, but we didn't go there looking for it anyway.
Rooms are nice, although a bit dated. They are renewing some of them, so it may be something they are addressing.
There are great people working there. Andrea B., in the beachside restaurant, is one of them. The photographers are also all good and fun to work with. Special kudos to the diving shop team, I had a great time diving with them and getting my Advanced Open Water certification there (Emron is a very good instructor!).
I hope to get back there, it's certainly worth coming back!

Just got back from Sandals Negril. The resort is beautiful, and the entertainment team and many employees were friendly and helpful — they’re the only reason this stay wasn’t a total disaster.
Management is completely missing. At full capacity or during weddings, issues aren’t resolved. Even restaurant bookings aren’t guaranteed when reserved a day before or the same day, and your reservation can be given to higher-tier guests. Room cleaning and bottled water only happen after repeated complaints, and if you don’t have a butler, you need to remind them every day to provide water or clean your room, it doesn’t happen automatically. This is not what should happen at a “luxury” 5-star hotel. On our departure day, they forced us onto a bus at 9:00 AM for a 2:30 PM flight, leaving us to wait 4.5 hours, even though the drive to the airport is only 45 minutes.
Prices are high, service is inconsistent, and guest treatment varies by room tier. We weren’t invited to the members’ event, and honestly, I don’t plan to return.
I’m sharing this to help future guests know what to expect, and I hope Sandals’ leadership takes notice and improves management and service.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Super friendly staff that made you feel like family. Very welcoming and inviting. They all introduced themselves to us and always remembered our names. I will of course recommend this to anyone who comes to visit Ocho Rios. The amenities were amazing as well. from the nightly dessert selections placed in our room, the paddle boards kayaks and sailboats, there were just so many fun things to enjoy. we were also able to stay for the Tuesday night meet and greet with all the staff and managers and an open bar, and then a very lovely dinner on the beach in a buffet format. There was also Thursday movie night which had a nice James Bond movie displayed on a large projector out on the beach. overall, if I could give this higher than five stars I would! It was the best resort I've ever stayed and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Favorite place in the world. I have been coming for 13 years now and although the dear people I met there are no longer with us, the memories will never end. Impossible to mention all the things I love about Jamaica Inn, here are just a few: « Welcome home » greeting upon coming in, veranda suite which feels like home, opening the shutters first thing in the morning to the beautiful light, walking barefoot across the lawn to the sandy beach to the warm water, « Blue mountain » coffee in the morning, afternoon tea, cocktail on the terrace under the stars with the sound of tree frogs… it’s the place where my soul feels at home and longs to be back. The only thing I wish for is the time-share option, so I could spend 2-3 months a year there 🤗

I must say this place is absolutely perfect!! Not a single complaint. The wife and I are frequent travelers. We travel several times a year. I will have to say that this place is by far the best place we have ever stayed. We have stayed at huge all inclusives and luxury villas. But this place trumps all of them. We love how small and private it is. (Which explains why so many celebrities choose to stay here) The rooms are very clean with stunning views. The service is excellent. Staff know privacy and space. They don’t overwhelm you but are very attentive. Once you choose a place to relax on the beach and go for a swim, within minutes they set up your chairs with towels and linen. The food was delicious . The waiters know how to properly seat people with privacy and space in mind. All the staff are clean and professional. They have a beautiful sweet Labrador named Shadow that spends all day on the property and knows basic commands and loves to swim and fetch. Fun fact: Shadow is their 5th generation pet! You can grab her leash and hang out with her for as long as you like. She’s super sweet. I met one of the owners and he was very approachable and was very attentive of your needs. The wife and I have been looking for a place where we can come to every 6 months for 5 days to reboot since our business is so demanding. We found it!!! I am super excited to become a familiar face and establish great relationships with the staffs. The Morrows Family has owned this place since the 50’s and you can tell what their vision is. To be a place of privacy, safety and most of all relaxation. I highly recommend this place. I am now a regular customer at The Jamaica Inn. Thank you to all the staff for such a wonderful experience. See you in 6 months!!!

Great location. Very private and quiet resort. Granted we were here during low occupancy period with just 15 or so couples. No kids while we were there. Plenty activities. Great food. Very “old school” decadent hotel in a very good way. Owners are on the property to tend to any issues or needs. Looking forward to be back!

Sandals Royal Carribean did not disappoint.
Shadeen (wedding planning office) went above and beyond. To add some further detail, my wife and I had been planning our vowel renewal in Jamaica through Sandals and it was poor. HOWEVER, as soon as we get to the resort Shadeen makes it look effortless and there is no stress. Her attention to detail and "customer first" approach is great. She made our vowels renewal exactly what we wanted, thank you Shadeen you were amazing! Our butlers lan and Nicole were exceptional and in all honesty they made our stay. Both made our individual birthdays special and made us feel special on each.
To be honest, I think if we didn't have lan and Nicole I don't think our stay would of been what it was, they were amazing, friendly, professional and easy going, thank you both.
The maintenance team on the beach were also great and keep the beach in pristine condition whilst also being pleasant and professional.
Few comments for improvement.
My wife and I went to the sushi restaurant in Montego Bay and was met with abit of hostility when asking for Perrier water that we had thought our butler had arranged, it was as if the server w looking down on us, however she did warm u wards the end.

My husband and I stayed five days at Sandals Royal Caribbean for our Anniversary. This is a beautiful resort, very relaxing if you are looking for a relaxing resort with all the amenities. The rooms are beautiful, the restaurants serve good food, the grounds are well maintained. The ocean view is awesome. Can't wait to go back next year. The hospitality is awesome 👍

Our Sandals vacation in Montego Bay at Royal Caribbean was really great. The resort was not as big as our first experience at St. Lucia, but we had a great time celebrating with our friends for their 10th wedding anniversary. Our Butler, Andre (Bossi) was superb and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable, worry-free time. He was attentive to our needs, anticipated our desires, and went the extra mile to help us celebrate with banners, flowers, and signs posted for the anniversary. The food was good and our server, Princess, at the Bombay resort was so delightful that we requested her on our return visit to the restaurant. The entertainment was very nice and we are already looking towards the next Sandals location.

We've had an amazing experience at this "adult only" vacation resort. It's absolutely beautiful, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The setting is beautiful, and I felt completely "safe" at all times. Although, very discreet, you see security personnel stationed in various locations throughout the resort and beach area to ensure only the guests are on-site. Lush greenery, well-manicured grounds and flowers. Absolutely a "must" for couples who truly want to relax in a more calm, mature and peaceful setting. This resort is also close to the airport, about a 15 minute ride, but yet, a wonderful setting. We talked with "seasoned Sandals travelers," i.e., throughout their lives they've spent 350 nights in Sandals resorts and said they prefer "Royal Carribean" because of the resort size, proximity to the airport, and the overall experience! We are on our way to South Coast Resort, White House, Jamaica for 4 more nights, so we shall see what that experience is like next. By the way, the food is awesome, especially the Indian Restaurant Bombay, French Restaurant Le Jardienier, and the Carribean Restaurant Spices as well as the Italian Restaurant. This has been a wonderful experience! What are you waiting for? Book the experience already!!!!!

It's not the building, views, or even the food that keep us coming back. We just completed our sixth stay here over the past 15 years and some of the same employees are still there. Getting to know the staff is truly the best part. The managers, Omar and Marvin, are running this place as if it was their own home. Always checking on guests by name, checking the food, and really caring about the experience. You will certainly find prettier rooms with fancy bathrooms all over the Caribbean, but you'll never find better hospitality and personalized service.
If you want anything all, just ask. They'll do it! Special lunch? Unique drink? Just ask!
They even provided coffee beans in my room so I could grind my own coffee. Those little touches make all the difference in the world.

We’ve been to various sandals and SRP is by far our favorite. The entire staff is wonderful and friendly. You feel so welcomed! I believe it all starts with Omar the GM who I cannot say enough about. The fact he knows every guest by name is amazing! He walks around and is present even made ice popsicles 😁 as I told him he should make them and did not disappoint. Our butlers, Duwainey and Richard are out of this world with class and we call them our friend!!! Another individual I want to mention is Simone who gave so much of herself not only to us but to all the guests. This is our second visit to SRP and looking forward to our next visit August 2026.

I apologize in advance for the length of this email but I would be remiss in not giving a shout out to you and your staff.......
I am not sure where to begin to thank you and your amazing staff for probably our best vacation ever. Your energy is palpable and it reflects in each and every staff member we encountered throughout the week. I hope they all know how appreciated each and every one of them are to us.
I am sure I will miss some names here but I'd like to give a shout out to those we have known over the years and those that we met for the first time this year. They are all special people and each one went out of their way to make this trip special for us.
I start with Andre and Johovan. They are nothing short of amazing. We consider them friends and family. Their attention to detail, their spirit, all of the special touches throughout our stay were just wonderful. I can't imagine a vacation there without them.
Sherril holds a very special place in our hearts. She was one of our very first butlers in 2014 and her infectious laugh and spirit continue to warm our hearts. Even though we were not her guests, she took time for us to catch up and reminisce over the past and it was lovely.
In 2023 we met dear Vanya at The Terrace and we were thrilled to see her again this year. She has the most wonderful warm smile. We were also blessed to see Tiana and Stephne and we met Sherika for the first time and enjoyed her lovely personality at The Terrace and The Grill.
We also met Sheena, Giovanni and Romaine for the first time at dinner and they were so warm and engaging.
In 2023 we also met dear Chevon (Chevy) up in La Papillon. He holds a corner of our hearts and we were thrilled to reconnect with him again this year. He brings pure joy to everything he does.
To Chef Martin and Chef Vinroy, we cannot thank them enough for the wonderful food they produced each and every day and the special lobster dishes (yum!) and of course our private meal on our balcony. They are simply spectacular!
A huge shout out goes to Daniello, Trevardo and Romaine down at the beach. We have known them for many years and they are fantastic beach butlers. They made our time down on the beach so much fun. They are all three wonderful individuals and work so very hard.
Of course there is the Wobbly Peacock. It was wonderful to reconnect with Tressel. She makes the #1 espresso martini I have ever had anywhere! There of course was also Garnet, Junior and Jlee. All of them were so much fun!
At the spa, Dianna was fantastic and it was a pleasure spending some time with Trecia, the head of the spa.
To Marvin.... he was and has always been a great person to have conversation with and his love for what he does clearly shows in everything he touches.
I huge shout out to our room attendant, Nariesha. She was always so polite and clearly cared greatly for her job as she had amazing attention to detail throughout our stay. I hope we can have her again in 2026!
There are also all of the beach attendants who took care of the beach each day. I wish I had their names. I would watch them prepare the beach each morning and it was just amazing what great care they took to make the beach ready for everyone every morning.
Finally, many thanks to Sequoia for showing us a couple of new room options and helping me to book our next three stays at Royal Plantation .

Just came home from the most wonderful stay at the Royal plantation.
Before we got to the resort, I was concerned about making the right choice. I worried it would be too small and quiet for me and my partner. The pictures do not do it justice,
After a couple of days of being there, the resort stole my heart. It is truly a magical place.
The beach is beautiful and so calm. The hotel is so elegant and charming, I lived on champagne and lobster pure heaven, but the best bit of this wonderful place is the staff, you can tell they're all really happy there and all love their jobs, our butlers were amazing they made us feel like royalty, nothing was ever too much trouble.
I felt really emotional there as it was just perfect I really did not want to come home, the royal plantation will always hold a special place in my heart

Very luxurious and premium all inclusive resort. My wife and I have stayed here 3 times and will be back! This is an all butler Sandals property and Omar and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. You don't have to lift a finger if you don't want to. Hospitality is the name of the game at this resort! The staff know you by your name and really care about your stay. The food and entertainment is also top notch! Our room was very clean and tidy, not to mention comfortable! I love the overall layout of the resort as well as the overall size of the resort. It's a smaller resort, but it's very well done. A must stay!!!

I will start by saying those who complain- you’re the problem
1. You can’t get any better than being 7 minutes from the airport with a prompt pickup after sliding through Club Mobay
2. The second we hit the resort (this is our 7th Sandals stay) everyone could not have been nicer, every single person/staff we encountered would say hi- ask how the day was- if we needed anything
3. The food actually was pretty good. Keep in mind- portions are smaller than home (which is prob for the best) but we didn’t have a bad meal. Got into Butchs twice/ they recently updated their menu and I LOVED IT (also they now offer a sit down breakfast which I think is new)
4. Get the signature roll from Soy
5. Get the Espresso Martini from the bar next to Soy/Butchs
6. To our butlers Dalton & Cassandra. Thank you. Thank you for being the warm, stress free energy we both needed. Thank you for the incredible lunches, the small details that made our anniversary trip unforgettable and the daily hugs (Cassandra). The experiences we encountered during this trip was so ridiculous I would never step foot in Jamaica. I was so excited to finally experience Sandals since it was highly recommended. From start to finish the staff was HORRIBLE. We were ignored to the point when we asked for help or service at the pool we got big attitudes. One of the staff members told us “ we could get our own drinks “ even though she was going around being friendly and attending to everyone else. We were so turned off by the aggressive remarks that we didn’t ask for nothing. One of the members of the trip wanted to speak to a manager about the service we have been experiencing all weekend , that was a joke, her attitude was worse than her staff. We have been so polite and tried to just wing it but even to the last minute when getting on the bus to go back home from the resort one of the men, don’t recall his name had hazel eyes was putting us on the bus and checking us off loudly said Get on the bus let’s go. He said it so loudly I was so shocked. He seem annoyed and was so aggressive. The only staff member that was nice was a man named Ian and the bartender towards the end she felt so bad for us cause she was the only one that we would try and look for to ask for help. We gave her all the tips we could because it was a breath of fresh air to get a nice person in that place.

Had to move rooms 3 times during our 3 night stay since the first room was infested with flies, mosquitos, and slugs. There were dead bugs on the bed and pillows when we got there. We were waiting for a new room for hours and got upgraded to a nicer suite (they should’ve just left us there) but nope. Kelsey found us the next day and told us we needed to move immediately to a different room. We got our things packed and then needed to wait for the other room to be ready. The third room we moved to still had bugs and a gross musty/vinegar smell that was embedded into the wood but we didn’t want to move again so we stayed. They lost someone in our party’s luggage for 2+ hours. There weren’t only bugs in our room, but they were everywhere around the resort. When eating at the buffet, swarms of flies would follow you, and granted everything is outside, its an abnormal amount of bugs that leads you to believe it’s a cleaning issue. The only food that was good was the omelette station at the buffet, the jerk chicken shack and most things from Soy. Every time we spoke with staff, they were rude, arrogant, dismissive, and disrespectful. For how much money you’re paying per night, the staff, food, and accommodations should be top notch. Also, not to mention you are right next to the airport and hear planes landing and taking off at all hours of the day. We will never go back, we came to the Half Moon resort and this trip did a complete 180. Clean rooms, attentive and kind staff, and the food is AMAZING. It is not all inclusive but the price difference makes up for it. Don’t go to Sandals!!

This was our first time traveling to Jamaica and visiting Sandals and we were EXTREMELY dissatisfied. We were not made aware that the hotel was under renovations which blocked several views that was promised in the lobby and restaurants. The room was okay - bed was super uncomfortable. I expected more for a honeymoon suite room. My boyfriend now fiancé planned a beautiful proposal on the beach and hired their photographer AND HE MISSED THE MONEY SHOT. The picture of him on his knee on the beach was not taken and the next day when we saw the pictures the staff and manager had big attitudes and we basically had to beg for them to comp us just $400. The proposal and photographer was hundreds of dollars more than that. They wasted several hours of our last night and morning “waiting for a manager” Christopher (one of the 3 managers we talked to) who still couldn’t do anything and had to escalate things more but it would take more time. Staff rude especially at the photo place - DO NOT GET KEVIN AS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get managements attention. We sent an email to Vernon Johnson the General Manager in hopes to get compensation for the money my fiancé paid for the photographer. Doubt we’d get a response. I am an avid traveler and a travel agent. You are better off staying at a nicer resort where you can’t hear airplanes taking off every 30min.

I came out to this resort purely for my moms wedding but could not have been more amazed!! Almost everyone is so polite and kind. They'll greet you in the halls if you pass by and none of my requests felt like it was a bother because of their demeanor. The drinks are also amazing! We went to the swim up bar 2 nights in a row because our bartender Dane was amazing!! In all the service and excursions were amazing and I hope i get to come back some day!

We just spend 6 days at Beaches Negril as a family of 4. It was our first time staying here for an extended stay and my kids first time to Jamaica. This vacation was literally perfection! 7 mile beach is stunning - there are so many starfish, stingrays, fish, etc.... that you see, even if you never leave the harbor. If you choose to utilize water sports (which you absolutely should), you get to experience even more stunning sea life. The resort has the best hospitality I have ever experienced in the Caribbean, hands down. The staff is all so kind. They truly become family and were all so tuned in to the kids. They remembered my kids names after day 1. Would also check in to make sure they were having fun and knew of the kids activities going on. The food was delicious. The rooms were perfect! I could not recommend this resort enough! Thank you Beaches Negril for giving us a wonderful week in Jamaica!

From the moment we arrived at Beaches Resort, we knew we were in for something special. The welcome was warm, with refreshing drinks and genuine smiles from the staff who made us feel like VIPs from day one. Every detail was thoughtfully planned to create a relaxing, fun, and unforgettable family vacation.
**The Resort & Accommodations:**
Our room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with a stunning ocean view that felt like something out of a postcard. Housekeeping was incredibly attentive, and the little touches—like towel animals for the kids and a well-stocked mini-fridge—made a big. The food was *outstanding*. With so many restaurants to choose from, we never had to repeat a meal unless we wanted to (and we definitely went back for seconds at Soy Sushi Bar and The Jerk Shack!). Whether it was gourmet dining or a casual beachfront lunch, the quality and variety were excellent. Even the pickiest eaters in our group found their favorites.
What truly set this vacation apart was the **service**. Every single team member—from waitstaff to kids’ club counselors—was warm, helpful, and eager to make our stay perfect. The level of hospitality we experienced is hard to put into words—it felt like everyone genuinely cared about our experience.
Beaches Resort gave us more than just a vacation—it gave us quality time together, laughter, relaxation, and memories we’ll cherish forever. If you’re looking for a worry-free, luxury all-inclusive that caters to every member of the family, look no further. We’re already planning our return trip!

We just got back from a wonderful vacation at Beaches Negril! We have a family of 5, 13 yr old, 10 yr old and 6 yr old and they had a wonderful time! The room was very clean and close to everything. The food was excellent. I would say the servings were a bit small but you can order more of it, so that doesn't really matter. I would say my kids would have liked more snack options throughout the day as they only have meal places and the yogurt shop. The kids loved the yogurt shop and they want 2x a day! The service was great and everyone was so helpful and nice! The hotel is at least 90 minutes from the airport which was a negative for us as my daughter gets car sick so the ride there and back was difficult for her. Wish it was a bit closer. The pool and water park and the beach were very clean. All in all the trip was great and would love to return again!

Beaches Negril Resort & Spa is a beautiful property with stunning views, a lively atmosphere, and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, and the overall vibe of the resort is fun and welcoming.
That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Our room wasn’t always cleaned as thoroughly as expected, the refrigerator leaked throughout our stay, and concierge service was either unavailable or not as attentive as we hoped. These issues didn’t ruin our trip, but they did take away from what could have been a perfect experience.
Overall, we still enjoyed our time at Beaches Negril — the setting and amenities are wonderful — but with a little more attention to detail in service and upkeep, it could easily be a five-star experience.
Thanks we truly appreciated the effort on our last night — thank you for the fruit, cheese, and crackers, along with the room cleaning. It was a thoughtful gesture that didn’t go unnoticed. 9/12-9/16/2025

My family and I just returned from a vacation at Beaches Negril, this was our first time at a Beaches resort but we are frequent Sandals goers. When we arrived at the airport the lounge was full but we were greeted and checked in to wait for the ride to the resort quickly. When we arrived at the resort we went to the concierge lounge and they discussed everything with us and we were off to our room which I loved, no long waiting. The room was great for our family of 5, we don't normally complain about the room because we are barely in it. The only issue we had with the room was that the air conditioner started leaking and we called to have someone come check it out because it left a puddle in the room area by the closet but no one came to check on it and it did that for 2 days, it would stop at night though which was weird. Housekeeping was great they came everyday and cleaned the room and I loved the nightly turndown service.
The entertainment was great I loved that there were activities and music at the pool all day gave a great vacation vibe. The nightly entertainment though needed some work it was nice that they had a variety of shows but to me they were lackluster. We did love the Sesame Street show for the kids it was nice and the Broadway show was the best, Delly and Alexia made it an extraordinary experience. I loved Delly's personable personality and he was fun and engaging every time he saw my husband on resort he would yell out "Charles" which made us feel like we weren't going unnoticed. Another disappointment was the after party for adults at Liquid's we stayed up one night to go and there was no DJ in there and the bartender that was in there looked bored to death. I think that could be a good after hour spot but it needs to be a DJ in there and an attentive and energetic bartender. The best dinner we had was at Kimono's I am so glad that we were able to go there. We also ate breakfast at Stella which was great as well, the other food was just mediocre at best and The Mill's buffet is quite disappointing compared to other buffets I've had at other resorts, not a wide variety of foods and the fruit was awful. The food that they did offer was not that good. We also ate at the Jerk Shack which was just ok the chicken was not giving jerk chicken it was giving chicken with a sauce on it, but I loved the fish in foil, it was delicious, Kerry Ann was attentive and even got us some fries when they weren't on the menu and kept making sure we were good while we ate there. We also ate at the BBQ Park and it was not that good, the burger I ordered the bun was old and falling apart and the pulled pork was not good the flavor and bbq sauce, YUCK! I enjoyed the frozen yogurt shop though. We also ate at Marachi's and it was just ok as well the beef fajitas that I got were just okay but the servers we had there were EXCELLENT Andrea and Kaylia they made the experience a great one aside from the mediocre food. My kids really loved Sweetie's where you can get the ice cream from the machine they went there several times a day, I loved that little touch as well. Then Nickesha from the sales office gave me a tour of the resort and the eventides villa which was great she was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I love the fact that there is a children's center for children with autism as I work with children and see how children with special needs can be looked over but not at this resort and I love that. I really enjoyed the resort over all I would recommend the resort to others looking for a family vacation the only thing that would deter me from coming back is the long ride to and from the resort, it takes up a whole day. I'm happy we came to this resort and my kids definitely enjoyed themselves. Lastly all the staff are so friendly and welcoming that makes for a pleasant stay as well because it is a warm and welcoming vibe.

I stayed in this hotel resort recently. Loved it. Great staff. Very kind and attentive. No exceptions. It was a great facility. It was very charming. Felt like stepping back in time with very classic island decor. I heard that it was decorated by Ralph Lauren and I absolutely believe this to be true. Food was amazing. Staffed with Michelin star chefs. Shows every night. Beautiful beach, pool and water sports. Not the sort of place you go if you want to be rowdy.

The Villa was spectacular, the food was good, but not great, service was very good, but staff was actually too intrusive. The point of a villa is privacy, yet they wouod just walk on the grounds and into the villa constantly, it was ridiculous. But most importantly, and the reason I took a star off, was they listed a couples massage as $300, then charged $300 per person. As someone who has had countless massages, I have NEVER had that happen. It was truly outrageous.

All around amazing experience at Round Hill. The property is beautiful, timeless and pristine. The beach is perfect and the staff was fantastic. Special shout outs to Colleen, Shashana and the kitchen crew at Villa 10. They took great care of us, made breakfast an experience and kept the vibes high every morning. Also Bunny the groundskeeper at Villa 10 is an artist. Pristine property.
Owen on the bell staff was very kind and helpful and went out of his way to help us rent a guitar for the weekend.
Gavin was great on the concierge staff.
We also did a catamaran adventure one day. Thanks to Captain Sardine and his very fun crew. Shout out to Kenroy for guiding the snorkeling adventure and making it very memorable!
Round Hill is an amazing property with a fantastic staff. 10/10. Anyone who gets the privilege to stay here is lucky!
