I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sani Beach Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and attended to our every need with genuine warmth and professionalism. The location is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and beautifully landscaped gardens. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a fantastic view of the sea. The amenities were top-notch, including a luxurious spa, multiple heated outdoor swimming pools, and a variety of dining options that catered to all tastes. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional dining experience. Each restaurant offered a unique culinary journey, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and exquisite flavors. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of delicious options to start the day. The activities and entertainment provided were excellent, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Whether it was relaxing on the pristine beach, participating in water sports, or enjoying the evening shows, there was something for everyone. The management and the organization are the best I have ever seen in any hotel. Special praise goes to Ms. Nikoleta Christodoulou for an exceptional client relationship management! Overall, Sani Beach Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It is the perfect destination for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely hotel and food was very good. Room was smaller than I expected but clean. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. What let it down for me were 2 things. Location and too many children. The location of the hotel isn’t great as it’s in the middle of nowhere. No town/village to walk to. No local shops. The very few shops in the Marina are designer and obviously expensive. There is a chemist & small food shop but prices are ridiculous. There is also a small shop in hotel and again expensive. Other issue for me was the hotel was over run with children under 5! If you like children great but if you want to eat and sunbathe in relative peace forget it! The only adult restaurant is small and didn’t have the full range of food choices as the main buffet. The main buffet was like eating in a crèche with screaming kids, so very noisy. The children have a lovely pool, play area and access to a beach but as there is no dedicated pool and beach area for adults they were in the area behind the hotel which was meant to be a tranquil area and not in their lovely dedicated children’s pool so yet again very noisy and not at all tranquil!!

Just returned from our stay at Sani Beach. Overall would highly recommend! In the past we used to stay at PORTO SANI when kids were tiny (it is perfect for babies and primary school age kids) but now as teenagers they can experience so much more in the resort. However, few things worth mentioning in case these are a dealbreaker for some. We stayed at Junior Suite Sea View on the 2nd floor and the bathroom was VERY dated & the housekeeping lacks - our room floor has not been properly cleaned neither on day of arrival nor at any point during the stay. The rooms are not soundproof and half way through the stay, seems like a guest swap over took place, we had to listen to another guest snore terribly at nights and listen to someone whistling in the shower in the mornings. Again, not the end of the world just a bit annoying. Some towels've seen better days, few had obvious black stains. The view of the sea from the room however was spectacular 24/7!!! Complimentary daily bottled water and coffee capsules refill is amazing! The concierge WhatsApp is a bit hit & miss, it does seem like you are chatting to a bot half the time, generic answers which sound more like an AI generated reply and when booking the activities people at the concierge desk actually do NOT have access to the live systems on locations and are not able to assist in anyway which is frustrating as you cannot book the wanted activity online because everything gets booked quickly but people don't show up and their spots don't get filled as there is an obvious disconnect between what goes on in the internal systems which leaves kids disappointed; to be frank it is not very fair when someone books the same activity twice but then doesn't show up while other people don't get a chance at all. 95% of people we dealt with were very helpful and accommodating: Olga and Xenia at guest relations/ front desk. George at Ammos made our dinner with his smile and hospitality unlike his female colleagues who completely dismissed my daughter's requests for a blanket. Eva and Elma at Ergon on Marina are fabulous, two meals we had there were great (cheese pies are a big hit with the kids). Erica at Psaroyannos was very helpful (best moussaka in Sani!) Andrei at guest relations/front desk however does need to work on his customer service skills and smile. The food potions are very generous and the food is always fresh, there is a wide selection across all the hotels and the marina to choose from. The cost of water however is obscene: 8,5 euro for a bottle of 750ml Acqua Panna (at The Market at Sani Dunes) or 5,50/7 euro for a bottle of local water. What I absolutely disliked is how the waiters bring you most expensive water on the menu after you tell them you would like still/sparkling water. Honestly?! I get this is a way to make extra money and most likely they are trained to do this but SANI please don't treat guests as idiots - even the cheapest bottle of local water is extremely overpriced in the resort and everyone is aware of this. Don't take a piss - just bring the cheapest bottle of water to the table and if someone prefers a specific brand - they will make this known!!!! I much rather leave this money as a tip for the service for the staff's hard work than feeling like I am being robbed in this way and end up asking for a jug of tap water instead. The selection of complementary activities in the resort for adults and kids is absolutely amazing! Sea World diving school is so worth mentioning too. Kids did their open water PADI and loved every minute of this experience. Audrey, Kostas, Panos are great, patient and very accommodating. Breathwork class with Sophia at Bousoulas Yoga garden was very therapeutic.

Great resort. Super friendly and service minded staff. Plenty of activities to do for everyone. Great food. Plenty of sun beds by the pools and beaches. Never crowded. The only minus is that the whole resort is like a big village full of tourist and staff. If you are looking for genuine Greek atmosphere, you won't find it here. With that said, I would still come back.

At the beach the staff starts to throw you out at 17.15 o clock (beach closes at 18.00) because they want to clean up. They start to make it uncomfortable by closing your umbrella, and by cleaning your bed while you are still lying on it. No joke. "Please lift your feet so i can clean the bed". Do I need to tell you more? A nice hotel but all in all a mediocre experience. Not again, thanks

My stay at Sani Club was amazing. The care and attention to detail from all staff was faultless. In particular I was very well looked after by Ioanna. She took the time to get to know my children and was warm and welcoming. She was reliable and responsive. She went above and beyond our expectations, providing us with somewhere to freshen up after check out but before a night flight and also helping with a meal we missed on the first night that was part of a half board package. We will be back again next year!

We visited Sani Club with our 6 month old and 3 year old for our first family holiday and we cannot fault it! We were so looked after from the get go by Petros and I was able to book everything we needed via email before we even got there and it was all taken care of. In terms of things the baby needed, it was all there and sorted by the time we got to our room. The restaurants were amazing and our 3 year old loved the shows! The staff at breakfast even remembered our coffee orders. Everyone was so attentive. I have actually never been to a resort like this before but it seemed like they do everything others offer, but just better! We literally cannot wait to come back next year!

One of the nicest we've stayed in Europe. The resort was well maintained with the greenery well pruned and managed. Paths were clean and little to no litter. Beaches were combed in the mornings and towels were provided at the beach and on the chairs by the pool. Pools were heated, we went in Oct so temps were just about ok to go sea and pool. Accomodations were very nice and well fitted out and when we went lots of chill out lounges we could use; however it was the last week of the resort so wasn't particularly busy. We didn't have enough towels and missing a bed on arrival but the staff are all very friendly and quick to respond. So, a few things to note... Full board wasn't quite what I expected. There was a "dine around" menu which was ok, but in some restaurants quite limiting and not much for children. A la carte is available but you get €25 per adult allowance but majority on the menu exceeds this so you will be paying more for food. There was a fine dining restaurant we went to and was a very poor experience. First they sat us all outside and said couldn't accommodate us with no heating despite having booked. Entire restaurant was pretty much empty apart from 2 small tables. The food was not very "fine" and there was no craving any more of the food. The tiramisu was a big splodge of cream tasting of the dessert... Drinks were ridiculously expensive...!! We had 3 milkshakes and a non-alcoholic soft drink and came up to around €56... Beer is around €8 up to €25. Water is NOT free at the restaurants and is about €8 per bottle. Water is free in the room, but you need to request. Overall, a great resort in Europe, but do expect to pay very high prices, even more than the city prices in some cases

We stayed in a Suite in Sani Club and had a personal concierge called Mila. She was absolutely incredible and did everything in her power to make sure our stay was world class. The food and drink was great with amazing breakfast and a good selection of restaurants on the dine around menu, the best of which was a greek restaurant in the Marina (I can't quite remember the name). As you'd imagine it's excellent for children of any age - we brought our 4 month old and he was well taken care of. Would highly recommend to any of my friends.

"Exclusive" resort for the "beautiful people". A shopping mall on the beach that has taken over the best part of the wonderful Sani beach. Avoid it like the plague and go to the other free beaches nearby to enjoy the sand and the pine forest.

A top class 5 star resort that was utterly superb for a recharge. We had booked Sani Club but called the day before we arrived and were offered an alternative to Sani Dunes and an upgrade. As a retired couple it turned out this was more suited to those without young children. A very well run hotel. It was utterly perfect, a utopian paradise. 5 star prices however the level of service (thank you Aria) the standard of the facilities and quality of food exceeded expectations. There are numerous activities including daily Pilates classes which one of us enjoyed! Padi diving, top class tennis courts and instructors but no golf. Also live very professional entertainment every evening, we just attended one as we mostly slept, ate and relaxed. There are some 26 restaurants to choose from. We were on half board so were able to eat at most restaurants using the dine around set menu, however we also ate at others without the set menus where the small allowance of 25 euros per person would be deducted from your bill. Most starters were in excess of 25 euros. One of our favourite restaurants was called Elia led by a particularly brilliant charismatic manager. Although I believe the resort was close to full you never felt that it was. Plenty of sun beds. A reasonably strict rule of no reserving beds, although this did happen sadly on our last few days. This was highlighted to our lovely concierge who brought it to the attention of the management and hopefully they will continue to disallow this awful practice! We arrived in the last few days of August and stayed a week. A wonderful experience and now both fully recharged!

The Sani resort is extremely clean and most of the staff are very helpful. Unfortunately due to the location of the resort the Sani company feel it is ok to overprice absolutely everything they are selling, whether in the Market or in a restaurant be prepared to pay over the odds for everything. They run a "Dine Around" option which limits your choices of food dramatically however if you digress from said scheme you will be charged massively. At one restaurant we were charged an additional 200 Euros after our discount, we only had two courses and a drink each! There are signs up at the pool saying Adult Only and despite the complex being quiet (May 2024) these areas definitely weren't Adult Only. Staff were not interested in sorting this.

Sani Asterias hotel is another level, the staff are all amazing, the white sandy beaches are beautiful and peaceful, the restaurants food is the best quality and choice, reception is glorious design and the staff are excellent. Family of vegetarians and mobility challenges had an excellent stay: They immediately and consistently treat you with friendly courtesy that persists throughout the stay. The accommodations are accessed via golf carts which are frequent enough and easily available. My wife is mobility challenged and this place has ramps essentially everywhere. The beach is modest but adequate with cabanas, seating, and dedicated bar. The walk to the beach is negligible. The breakfast buffet was quite good quality and variety but again it is the consistently courteous service that bears repeating. The restaurant manager was proactively seeking out ways to make us comfortable. The food is quite good with a mix of local and modified options. Even though i eat everything, my family is vegetarian and they were quite happy with the options. Their menu is quite explicit about ingredients! My children absolutely loved the private pool which is why i felt comfortable giving the rooms 5 stars (otherwise i would have said 4 stars as the room was on the small side compared with other hotels) and it was well air conditioned and well maintained each time we returned. We had an excellent experience here.

We spent 5 days at this resort and loved every minute. Our two bedroom family villa was lovely, modern, with fabulous views of the sea. The half board package was outstanding as the breakfasts were amazing, both the buffet and a la cart. We could then decide whether our second meal was lunch or dinner which was great as we enjoyed going into town for dinner. The culinary experience at the resort was truly superb. Every meal was delightful. It was an easy 25 minute walk to town with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants and a short taxi ride back at the end of the evening. Our sons 19, 20, 26 all had a great time, enjoyed all the amenities including the outdoor gym and the night life in town. The spa treatment (massage) was outstanding… Equally important to the luxury of this property was the fact that the entire staff went out of their way to make this an incredible stay for our family. We stayed in several places in Greece and bar none the staff at Dome Zeen was second to none. Thank you for the beautiful memories!

In mid May we enjoyed our second 7-night stay at the wonderful Domes Zeen, and it was just as memorable as our first visit. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The resort itself is beautifully designed, offering a serene and luxurious atmosphere that instantly makes you feel relaxed and pampered. We opted for the half-board package, and the food was absolutely delicious. Each meal was a delightful culinary experience, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of our stay. The staff at Domes Zeen were exceptional, always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request. Their hospitality added a personal touch to our experience, making us feel truly welcome. The only downside to our stay was the number of small children around the pool area. There was quite a bit of splashing and noise, which occasionally disrupted the otherwise tranquil environment. While families with children might find this a positive aspect, those seeking a quieter experience around the pool might find it a bit challenging. Overall, despite the minor inconvenience around the pool, our stay at Domes Zeen was fantastic. We highly recommend this resort for its superb food, excellent service, and beautiful setting. We look forward to returning in the future!

Amazing! The hotel is stylish, modern and looks amazing. Love the design of the buildings and the landscaping. Our room was large, airy and comfortable. We had a private plunge pool in a walled garden attached to our room which was a massive bonus during a heatwave! Rooms kept lovely and clean and the pillow menu was a nice touch. The service was fantastic. Stella in the restaurant was fantastic, accommodating, professional and very friendly. It was a pleasure to chat to her every evening. Marina and her team in the spa were so good that we had to go back for more treatments before we left- the treatments were fantastic, with a huge range of options and left us feeling relaxed and renewed. The food was good, with a good variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location was great - a nice private beach, but close enough to other very nice beaches and a short drive to the old town of Chania. The hotel is spread down a hill, so less mobile people might find this difficult, but an efficient buggy service is available. Would recommend without hesitation. In fact, we are booking again and this time are bringing my father and his wife for his 60th birthday.

We absolutely loved our stay at Daios Cove. Beautiful resort, clean, well designed (except for the elevator system, that’s cool in concept but not logistically sound as you can’t transfer between sides easily). Amazing food. Definitely get full board as it’s easily worth it. The slow roasted lamb at the beach restaurant was honestly the best meal I had on our entire vacation. If you’re looking for an adult only resort, this is not it, but we didn’t find it to be too obtrusive to our stay. I honestly wish we would have just stayed here instead of heading to Chania after 2 nights.

Summary: Second time in Daios Cove and we were not disappointed. It is still a beautiful place with lots of things to do. Front desk: Excellent speed and when we asked for a specific room, we were moved promptly when it became available. They also organized the toy that went missing because it was caught in the sheets… Beach/Pool: It was quite packed on the peek days and yes, quite some sunbeds were occupied before breakfast. We still enjoyed it as asking for a sunbed usually worked. The dive crew offered free trials in the pool which I think is a great idea for the kids. Food: Great choices of gluten free stuff. The staff is very attentive to food allergies. The manager of the breakfast was super helpful and from the first day on, we could enjoy gluten free waffles and pancakes. Consistency with the gluten free waffles and pancakes can still be improved. Sometimes they are great - other times the kitchen used too much corn flour. It would be great to have a recipe everyone could follow. Most dishes were great, though the new interpretation of the excellent “Galaktompureko” was a big disappointment to us. Sadly, there was no way to have it the “old” way. Family: It was great that we could use the Ocean for breakfast. We did not quite understand, why there was an adult section as the whole Taverna-Restaurant is there for breakfast (adults only).

The best choice we had for our first trip as a family with our one year old baby! This paradise had everything we were looking for: amazing view, options for food, family oriented options everywhere, wide bed in a spacious room, great beach, excellent staff! All the personnel was there for any help, request or just a warm smile to all of us! Special thanks to the Front office Manager, Kyrillos, who made us feel so warm welcomed and relaxed in every possible way! He transformed our trip into our most valuable memories just by making everything easy to us and our baby! We will definitely go back next year 🤩

wow wow After 5 days at the hotel, we definitely found the resort for our annual vacation. A hotel where every detail was taken care of, from the rooms, the pool, the amazing beach, the excellent food, and the small details. Oh and how did I forget the kindergarten where my daughter enjoyed the facilities. In general, there was an amazing synchronization between all the employees, because they always knew where we were from and what we needed. I would like to thank the hotel management for helping us on the last day to pass the hours until the night flight. We were with our 10-month-old baby and it's not easy, so I'm grateful for this help. We will of course return for a vacation that will recreate all the fun and endless pampering. Highly recommend

Our stay at Ikos Olivia was the best holiday experience we've had so far, especially traveling with a toddler. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They were incredibly well-trained and attentive, always anticipating our needs without us ever having to ask. Their friendliness and genuine care made us feel pampered throughout our stay. The attention to detail was outstanding. For example, at the Florence restaurant, the lovely hostess always greeted our two-year-old with a warm smile and provided cutlery that matched her outfit nearly every time—a level of thoughtfulness that truly amazed us! 😝The step chairs for kids and other small touches made everything so much easier and more enjoyable for our little one. The food was absolutely delicious, and the variety of activities kept us entertained throughout our stay. Everything was immaculately clean, contributing to a truly relaxing environment. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. It was 100% worth it! The only minor issue was the pillows, which I found a bit uncomfortable, but that might just be a personal preference. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better holiday experience.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are absolutely charming, with a special mention for Marilena, who was exceptional. However, our stay started on a sour note. We had booked a sea view room but were "upgraded" to a one-bedroom apartment with no view, inconveniently located next to the kids' club. The apartment also had stairs, which was completely impractical for us, as we had a 10-month-old baby in a pram. It took several hours and quite a bit of stress to resolve this and get the room we originally booked. This experience left a bad impression at the start of our holiday. While the service overall is good, it falls short of being exceptional which at the price point of the hotel, I would expect it to be. The biggest drawback, however, is the behaviour of some of the other guests. One downside was the atmosphere during mealtimes, where many children were left to run around freely, creating a somewhat chaotic environment that disrupted the otherwise serene setting. This was not limited to the early meal time slots, but continued through the entire dinner service past 9pm. In conclusion, while Ikos Olivia has many positive aspects, I would definitely recommend avoiding it if you're traveling without children, as the atmosphere may not be as relaxing as expected.

The hotel is amazing! The staff is attentive and very careful they treat all guests with care and love. They will remember everything you like and bring it to you nothing too much trouble. All 6 restaurants staff paid great attention to us in quick and positive way. We have never seen that kind of attitude and attention anywhere in the world! Rooms are spotless housekeeping service amazing! Always a pleasure to enter the room everything clean full and perfect. Beach is clean and the staff there as well always nothing was too much trouble they would bring towels drinks and food quickly and with a smile. The hotel management are taking care of all guests with kindness and are doing a great job. Spa is great as well doing a good job. Darja does a great job. Artiom the sous chef is paying attention to detail and cooks amazing. Special thanks to Athena the Assistant hotel manager and we want to thank her for her kindness professionalism and attention to detail. A huge thanks to all and we are hoping to see you soon.

Have had a marvellous time with my wife and friends, the meals in all the restaurants first class with service, all the staff and cleaners were fantastic and very helpful and kind. Lots for families to do with great pools that are heated lots of things for the kids to do and great for couples, beach is nice and plenty of sunbeds sea is has stones as you enter with beach service highly recommend.

Great ultra all inclusive hotel, set into the hillside above a private beach. Great choice of restaurants (6) and bars. Each restaurant has a different cuisine, and between them, they have a selection of around 300 wines. Staff are amazingly attentive and helpful. Amazing all inclusive hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the food is amazing and the staff are absolutely wonderful. In particular, the hotel are very lucky to have staff members like Despina who served us at the deluxe pool, she has so much enthusiasm and care for those staying at the hotel - she really made us feel so looked after and special. The same goes for Thomas at our dinner on the beach - he was so kind and even offered me his sunglasses as the sun was shining right on us. I couldn’t speak more highly about the two of them. I can't recommend this place enough. We had a wonderful holiday with our 8 month old son. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The food was delicious and with 6 restaurants we never got bored. The only negative is the immediate area isn't very interesting but you could take a Tesla to go further afield if desired.

Just got back after a week’s holiday here. Service levels were something I’ve never experienced before, all the staff are fantastic so polite and accommodating without being imposing. Our son loved kids club and was well looked after by the wonderful staff, he met some great friends and loved the beach which was clean and well maintained. The food was fantastic in all six of the restaurants which we were lucky enough to sample. Anaya being my personal favourite. Overall an unforgettable experience and we’d definitely return or maybe try one of their other resorts.

Visit here if you want to fall seriously ill with food poisoning and then be treated like you’re a nuisance for asking to see the hotel doctor. There was a big problem with people falling ill at this hotel and the attitude of Ikos towards this was unacceptable. They were not nice and did not care that due to their negligence, half of our holiday was ruined and thousands of pounds down the drain. Other than that, the pools were nice, room was fine apart from the dodgy air con and the pool service varied depending on who was working that day. Would absolutely never return.

Amazing place and 5* service. Before I start I would just like to say I have extremely high standards and a OCD freak! so this may help if you are reading all the reviews like I did. On arrival we were blown away by the views and the decor of the hotel. Lovely welcome with refreshments. Room - We had a panoramic sea view junior suit . It was plenty big enough for myself, partner and 4 year old. The rooms are a little basic in terms of style and don’t completely fit the rest of the hotel interior although modern enough but most importantly to me immaculately clean!! The cleaners were amazing and went above and beyond everyday. The bed was comfy although pillows need upgrading. I have to add. Hairdryers need upgrading desperately. If you have a Dyson take it with you! Staff- The level of service here I found made our stay that little bit more special. Every single employee were so lovely and attentive. They made so much effort with my child and couldn’t do enough always with a smile on there face. Special mention to Diana that looked after us most days by the pool and was amazing!! Iliana was an absolute dream for anything I needed and made sure we were looked after so well. Kira also was so lovely and so helpful. When ringing for room service everything was bought up so quickly and everything you asked for you got! Staff were also amazing in restaurants and in the lobby bars. I can’t remember the names of the bar staff in sky building but they were brilliant in the evenings. Cleaninliness- 10/10 can’t fault! Food - I am an extremely fussy eater but was overly impressed. breakfast and lunch had a good variety to offer. We ate at the grill house, in our opinion by far the best restaurant. Provence was really good and fresco- amazing tomato soup! We ate at Ergon deli and Anaya these didn’t live up to expectations for me. Absolute shame as Thai is my favourite food. We ate at ozou for lunch one day and I was a little disappointed. I was worried about reviews regarding food poisoning but we had no issues at all and we ate everything so don’t let that put you off at all. I could of and I would have missed out on this hotel. We went out to the old town and borrowed the ikos Tesla. We had a great time the Greek people are truly so kind and welcoming compared to us English 🤣 Entertainment- Good entertainment, not tacky and we absolutely loved the cello player and singer she was incredible. The band and blues brothers were so good and they really put the effort in. Unfortunately we missed the white party on the beach and listened on the balcony and regretted it big time! Overall I didn’t want to come home and had the most perfect family holiday. I would 100% book here again just because you know you will not be disappointed and it was worth every penny. Thanks to all the staff at ikos dassia for going that extra mile. We will be back.

Our second time going to Ikos (first time at Dassia) and it was exactly what we expected. Just amazing. You pay a premium price and everything you get with it is beyond premium. We had a small hiccup at one of the restaurants and the public relations manager was very quick to rectify and ensure we felt looked after. Me and my husband are very active people so we spent literally every day of our 10 day holiday down at the sports centre either in the gym, playing tennis, or both! We cannot praise Fiovas Rouvas and the rest of his team enough. They made us feel truly welcome without it feeling forced like they had to only because of their job. They took the time out of they day to always just speak to us, have a laugh, and talk sport. Cleanliness was spot on, food was just incredible, scenery perfect. We booked Olivia for next year, however have sadly had to cancel due to finding out I am pregnant and due roughly the same time as the booking. But we will most definitely be back at another Ikos soon. Cannot recommend more!

We had a great break. The options for meals was amazing and worked well for adults and kids. A football academy on site was a great asset with an energetic 7 year old and a quiet play area outdoors and indoors in the day. Having a variety of restaurants scattered around the hotel made it very special with such a variety of food and water sports for those who liked that. Would recommend this for adults and children.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff were all amazing; friendly, helpful and attentive. The location is great and the resort is very modern with great restaurants and lots to do, we did a sunset cruise, watersports, diving and sports activities and all were well run and fun. The Sports team were particularly engaging, my son had football coaching with Napoleon, he is a great coach; very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and easy to get along with. My son loved it. I would definitely recommend a family holiday.

Our stay at Porto Sani was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel incredibly welcome, delivering a level of service that truly exemplifies a 5-star experience. The room we stayed in was luxurious which was room 215, equipped with all the high-end amenities you would expect from a top-tier resort. Porto Sani is a perfect destination for families. We loved that everything was within walking distance, including the beautiful marina and pristine beach. The resort's transfer buggy service was a fantastic convenience, making it easy to explore every corner of the property with minimal effort. The buffet offered a great variety of dishes, maintaining high standards throughout. Our 7-year-old enjoyed the selections, and we found it to be ideal for couples as well, thanks to the spacious layout that allowed for privacy even during the busy high season. A special shout-out to Vlad from Sani Beach. We can't wait to return to Porto Sani, this little slice of paradise some point in the future!

Porto Sani was our first trip abroad with our 6 month old and staying at this particular resort made it so much easier! The whole resort is superb for children and the staff are excellent. The transfer from the airport included a car seat, we had a cot, changing mat and steriliser provided in our room. The restaurants were excellent and made weaning a lot easier. Big thank you to Albi and Elsa in the Artemis restaurant and Sofia at Elia for their excellent customer service. Highly recommend and we will be back next year!

Travelled with our 5yo and had a great experience at Porto Sani. Our personal concierge Maya was amazing from start to finish, and the hospitality everywhere in the resort was top notch. Would recommend Bird Watching with Danny (friendly, insightful and responsive to our needs) and Volvo tour with Vangelis (funny, friendly, knowledgeable and surprised us with special drinks!).

Well managed, outstanding 5 star resort for families. Plenty of space, great facilities and services. Sani Club, Beach, Porto and Dunes share some of the facilities. The dine around offer works well and guarantees a good variety of culinary experiences. Our concierge Alexis and the whole team were very customer oriented and went above and beyond to ensure the best possible stay. The app facilitates planning and booking of pilates, yoga, climbing, sparta, and all other trainings and experiences. Transportation within the resort also works very well with the golf cars. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Truly a 5-star experience - a luxury for both the parents and the children. The pools were exceptional and the private beach with towel service was a luxury. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality we’ve received throughout our one-week stay. We were warmly welcomed at Porto Sani and were pleasantly amazed by the hospitality of the staff there, ranging from the receptionists to the waiters and waitresses to the housekeeping team. My daughter had so much fun interacting with the staff, who went to extra mile to provide an enjoyable experience for our entire family. A special shout-out to our personal concierge Demetrios, Angela at Sea Breeze bar, Diana and Albi at Artemis and the team at Elia for making our stay such a personalised and enjoyable one.

Everything has been outstanding. Staff are extremely friendly & accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The word NO doesn't exist in their vocabulary. The live shows are very entertaining. This was our 4th Ikos resort we’ve stayed at and I’m sorry to say that we won’t be returning to this particular one. The food quality was really poor, meals arrived cold and the majority of meals were tasteless. Fruit juices arrived tasting like they’d been watered down at the pool area and they were warm and un- drinkable. After giving this feedback to the management they redeemed themselves with the food on the last night of our holiday, but overall highly disappointed with our stay here.

Fantastic place. Relaxed, friendly and fun. Great food, staff are friendly helpful and very accommodating. Rooms all have a decent view. Many areas have child free zones not that children are any trouble, the staff love them and are trained in child care… as long as parents help in ‘difficult moments’. Lots of daily activities for kids and adults if you like that stuff including borrowing a Tesla for the day (free). Food is great many restaurants to choose from - booking dinner recommended for some restaurants. Highly recommended.

The booking for Ikos Aria went very smooth and this was already our first experience of the outstanding customer service that Ikos provides. A week before our arrival, I sent an e-mail to the resort with some practical questions and within only a few minutes I received a clear and friendly reply from Christina D, who even took care of some things pro-actively. We were lucky to being able to meet her during our stay. She and her team also take care of the Ikos Whatsapp group, which is a very handy tool for restaurant bookings etc. Also here very quick replies and outstanding service Upon arrival at the airport we were awaited by our driver with a personalized sign. The drive from the airport to the resort was very comfortable and didn’t take long. Arriving at the resort, we were welcomed in a very professional and friendly way by Stamena (reception desk) who provided us with all information we needed regarding the resort, restaurants, our room, the car rental and interesting places to see, the shuttle to Kos, etc….. Our room wasn’t ready yet, but we were kindly invited to already go the buffet and come back after our lunch to pick up the key to our room. Our room was beautiful, well located and had an amazing view. We had a fixed cleaning lady called Tzouli, who was always very friendly and did a great job. On her day off the room was clean as well, but she took cleaning to a next level. The location of the resort is great, the rock that is lighted at night is really spectacular. The public areas (eg lobby, ..) were very clean and had very nice furniture. The outdoor teras was very spacious, very beautiful and the view from there spectacular. The service at the pool was great. Towels were provided for and before we even could sit down, Spyros or Souleiman already brought us cans of still and sparkling water . During the day they came around regularly asking if we needed anything (without it being annoying) and in the morning we got some snack (usually some fresh fruit : very nice) During our stay we had meals in every restaurant and were never disappointed. Not only the food was excellent, also the wines were delicious and the staff being so friendly, professional and caring. Also their knowledge about wines and their recommendations (depending on what we ate) were always the perfect pairing. The buffet restaurant (Flavors) had a wide variety of choices for breakfast, lunch and diner. We however preferred to have our meals at the other restaurants. Our favourites. Breakfast at the cosy Kos restaurant, were Athanasia, Yiannis, Sofia and Paula were our regular (fantastic waiters). We also enjoyed our diners at Kos and again not only for the food but also for the great service. Lunch at Fresco, where Veronica was welcoming us and Yiota, Marielou , Dimitris , Jurgen were serving us and Alex was always making excellent recommendations regarding the wines. Georgios, being responsible for both Fresco and Oliva did a great job too. Making sure all customers were well served and helped out where needed, still with full respect towards his team. Our favourites for dinner Provence : beautiful setting, very nice food and also here excellent service. Ana was a great host and together with her colleagues/ team they added great value . Kos : as earlier mentioned in the breakfast part. Oliva : where Alexios was our waiter with excellent wine recommendations We also enjoyed the shuttle service to Kos and the offered Tesla car rental. Although we usually go to adults only resorts, the presence of children didn’t bother us at all. The way Ikos provides for areas with kids and without in a natural way, is very good. Check out went very smoothly and we were even offered some extra water to take along for the ride to the airport. They really think of everything. We will be back next year
