Its nice to find a good old hotel that has kept its standards, because the city has certainly not :( The hotel was amazing and did the best for our accomodation, special thanks for the upgrade :) very clean, sea area is entertaining and a diving center nearby. Service was very good, would recommend and return there. Amazing pool with sea view, although would love to see the the “strict adult pool” rule reinforced more firmly.. but again it’s part of the staff hospitality so i cant complain too much, its just that its not safe for unsupervised children. Lastly, adorable animation team. We felt pampered by all means, thank you.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 7 days, and I have to say, I was really impressed with my overall experience! The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of amenities to keep guests entertained. The rooms are comfortable, the food is great with plenty of options, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the animation team, especially Farah and Farida, the twin sisters. They were absolutely fantastic! Their energy, enthusiasm, and ability to engage with guests were second to none. Whether it was leading activities during the day or hosting entertainment in the evenings, they made every moment so much fun. They really went out of their way to ensure everyone was having a good time, and their warmth and friendliness added a personal touch to my stay. Thanks to them, I had one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences ever. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and I’ll definitely be coming back for another visit!

The staff made this holiday everything! Friendly, personal service, kind and considerate. Food is good, facilities good, room slightly dated but overall the most amazing holiday! I would like to pay a special mention to Rashad in Ramses restaurant, who took such good care of us, had our drinks ready for us, made us feel welcomed and made nothing seem like too much trouble. He is a credit to the hotel and can't give him enough praise, truly made our visit next level!!

Everything was perfect, beyond expectation, they went the extra mile to make sure our stay is memorable. Starting with the location, the hotel has many points of access to Naama Bay, our room had a direct access to the street and was super close to the pool, beach and main hotel restaurant, it was so convenient to move anytime, they also provide golf carts all day long to move guests anywhere within the hotel. The room has everything we could ask for, very comfy beds, all bathroom amenities, and a modern smart TV, yet the housekeeping is a call away to supply you with anything you wish to have, all their rooms are really spacious. Each room has a terrace or a balcony with a very nice view. The green spaces are all over the hotel, they take good care of it during the night when less people are walking around. Main restaurant is were the open buffet for all meals, it is called Orangerie, the variety of food guarantees the satisfaction of everyone no matter what your taste is, the restaurant is extremely busy yet they work like bee hive, super fast super clean and they pay attention to small details, a section for people with special needs, a section for adults only with no kids around, the rest of the sectors are around, the food is presented in the center where it is accessible by all within few steps. Spa was exceptional, I would love to thank Zakaria and Dina for the best massage we had, the options are huge there and they will make sure you get exactly what you had in mind with a little bit more of happiness. Pools were super clean, not crowded anytime of the day, clean towels are provided anytime, a small bar to serve drinks is also around the pool if you want to drink and relax, life guards were available in pairs all the time. The access to the beach is a different story, they have the best beach in Naama Bay, private for them and it is super clean, plenty of seats to accommodate everyone, there is a bar and a DJ all day long, beach parties on daily basis as well. Internet is covering the whole hotel area and the neighbouring parts on the beach or main Street so you are set to go without worrying about being connected. There is an airport shuttle in exchange of a very small amount of money. The staff are amazing and super friendly, Mr. Magdy, Ayman and Katharina from the front office did an amazing job to make our stay memorable, thank you guys, keep it up, you will see us again 👍

We had an amazing experience at this resort. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is warm and comfortable. They have a very nice pool and the beach was very good. The only thing that was a little annoying was that our room was far from the pool and beach especially since the weather was very hot and sunny. We really loved the resort and would happily repeat this wonderful experience but would choose closer rooms

I stayed at the hotel for three nights, the location of the hotel is in Naama Bay Beach, there are shopping stores, cafes and beaches around the hotel, it is right in the center, the location is very nice, the hotel has a very beautiful beach right by the beach, the pool and rooms are very nice, I stayed in the sport area deluxe section, all I stayed in exclusive accommodation, drinks are used as local drinks. Normally I only drink important drinks, but I was not bothered by local drinks and drank them with pleasure. The pool is nice and has 3 slides. The hotel has food and drink all day long. I was very pleased during my stay at the hotel. The staff do their best to make you happy. They do their best, they are very helpful, Ms. Katerine, the guest relations manager, is a very good person. She loves her job and helps you in every way to make your holiday go well, as does the general manager of the hotel, and thanks to these people, your holiday is much more meaningful and beautiful. All the staff are very helpful and everything. Thank you for your stay, you can easily stay in this hotel.

The staff at the Concord El Salam were absolutely exceptional. Their warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and attentive service made me feel truly valued and cared for. They were always eager to assist with any request, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel's spa was a haven of tranquillity, offering a wide range of rejuvenating treatments. The skilled therapists provided a relaxing and blissful experience that left me feeling refreshed and revitalized. Unfortunately, there was a significant downside to my stay: the presence of a large number of Russian guests. Their behaviour was often rude and inconsiderate, disrupting the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. From their loud and boisterous behaviour to their disregard for other guests, their presence was a major detractor from my experience. Based on the reviews and my own observations, it's clear that the hotel has a recurring issue with Russian guests. The staff, despite their best efforts, seem to struggle to manage their behaviour. Perhaps the hotel could consider limiting the number of Russian guests or implementing stricter guidelines to ensure a more pleasant experience for all visitors. Additionally, the influx of Russian guests from the sister hotel has made the Concord El Salam feel overcrowded and less exclusive. While the hotel offers excellent value for money, it's worth considering if the current situation aligns with your expectations for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, the Concord El Salam is a beautiful and well-managed hotel with exceptional staff and amenities. However, the presence of a large number of Russian guests with disruptive behaviour is a significant drawback. If the hotel can address this issue, it has the potential to be an even more outstanding destination for travellers seeking a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

Amazing Stay with Some Highlights and a Few Minor Issues We had a wonderful stay at the Concorde El Salam Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The staff really made a difference, especially the pool bar team—huge shoutout to Ahmed, Mahmood, Adham, and Hussain, who were all fantastic! Our cleaner, Amr, was also brilliant and kept our room spotless. The food across all the restaurants was delicious, especially the buffet, Flame Grill, and the Italian restaurant. However, the drinks were hit and miss, and we had a bit of a bad tummy for a few days—if you need, head over to the pharmacy in Soho Square, they’ll sort you out. The room itself (4303) had an incredible view but could use a bit of updating. The beach was beautiful with amazing marine life, perfect for snorkeling right off the shore! One tip: get your towels down the pool or beach by 6-6:30 AM to grab the best spot. The grounds were well-maintained, and the shisha outside the buffet restaurant was a great experience—super affordable too! Be sure to check out the shop on the beach and meet Alibaba, and book your excursions through Ali at the Marine Divers by the beach for the best deals. Unfortunately, there were some downsides. The Russian guests were quite rude and inconsiderate at times, and it did affect the overall atmosphere. The hotel should consider managing this better to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. Also, the swarms of Russian guests from the sister hotel made some areas, like the pool bar and beach area, very busy at times. Entertainment in the evening was okay, nothing too spectacular but enjoyable. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would recommend it, especially for the staff, food, and amazing location by the sea. The weather was also absolutely amazing the whole time we were there. :) We shall certainly return :)

Very nice hotel! The service is 5+++, the staff are really friendly, smiley and diligent. The territory is green and beautiful, lots of swimming pools and quite enough sunbeds. Spa is also good! The sea is clean and warm, you'll be able to see wonderful fish, though probably won't be able to swim cause of corals and big waves😅 Food was tasty, but not very diverse, though we really appreciated breakfasts and desserts. If you'll need a doctor during your stay, you're lucky, cause there is a really good one there. Animation is quite okay if you're not a very disco-and-all-day-long-entertainment-seeker. So, if you're not fond of swimming in the sea and can enjoy just staying in it, I can surely recommend you Cleopatra❤️

This hotel was great for families, the staff were excellent, entertainment team and the pool especially Kamel who helped with our beds each day. However everyday we had problems with keycards where we had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to come and open the door which was frustrating. And no drinks were served after 12am for an all inclusive hotel drinks should be accessible at any time. However the hotel staff were very nice and the hotel was amazing. The spa space was good and very clean. Would recommend this hotel as it was family friendly and in a very good location.

We were happy yo enjoy holidays, everything was fine and beautiful, but we had a baby with stoller and had to lift up and down the stairs. As a first time guest, i wasnt informed that i can deny a room and choose another one, but next time i will definetly ask for room in a 1st floor. But room was nice anyway, stuff was kind and service was perfect. I have nothing to complain and we would choose this hotel again for sure. Also food was delicious. And life guards at pools are doing their job super great, we felt safe there.

Excellent hotel.Great service. Resort location is perfect. The room was very spacious and clean, had everything in it, and they even make figures out of the towels and blankets to decor the bed Wich is very funny and cute. The food was very good especially the service , they had a great service and the people that worked there were very friendly and welcoming. I can recommend this resort not only for families with kids but for the adults too because adults and kids can have fun there on slides and even with the programs and animation . Even though it's not located directly on the beach, they take you in a special bus for the resort so you don't have to walk there. Great service and thank you for everything

The hotel is lovely and amazing for families with kids. You have many pools and slides to chose from. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I am a coffee junkie and gladly I wasn’t disappointed. The food variety could have been better but they offer a huge choice so you can easily do 1 week. We stayed two weeks so I wished for some variety. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I can highly recommend the place.

We stayed at this resort for 7 days. Checkout was fairly straight forward.we stayed at room 3107 . Lovely room, special mention of our room cleaner Mohamed Omar who was very attentive and professional, excellent at his towel folding skills. He was always asking if we needed anything and was very helpful. All the staff work tirelessly and entire resort is spotless with various swimming pools, slides and good food options throughout the day. Perfect family holiday as my 5 year old loved it. Will definitely be recommending this place.There are lot of great food options to choose from with drinks & ice-cream throughout the day and all the excursions were not too far. Overall really great place to stay.

My stay at Albatros Palace was amazing! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a stunning sea view. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. This has been one of the most pleasurable experiences that Egypt can offer. The workers have gone beyond to care for us and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The facilities and activities this resort has to offer is incredible. My younger siblings have thoroughly enjoyed the water park, pools and the beach. The airport, desert and local places are all located close by for our convenience. The view and weather is breathtaking! Would recommend to anyone visiting Sharm-El-Sheik.

Staff are excellent, you absolutely can't fault them. They try super hard to make sure you have a good time. Rooms are spacious, but a little tired. Nothing really too wrong with them though. Location is good, close to Sharm old town. The beach is on a cliff, you can't really walk straight into the water but there is a pier with steps that leads you into the water. The water is beautiful with tropical fish 🐠🐟. Farsha Café is a 5 minute taxi and is well worth a visit, absolutely amazing night out. The food in the hotel is decent, above average for an all inclusive, but isn't going to blow your mind.

This is a well-maintained hotel with beautiful grounds. It boasts easy access to the sea and a stunning reef. The cuisine is quite tasty for Egypt. Our room was excellently located in a building right by the pool with a sea view (front line), conveniently close to both the sea and the restaurant, and very near the main pool. The highlight for me was the large, well-equipped, complimentary gym on-site. Special thanks to trainer Yulia, who spent over 10 hours with me in training sessions during my stay. The only downside was the animation team. Their choice of loud, unpleasant music made it noisy in our room throughout the day, even with the windows shut. After a prolonged struggle with them, I contacted the manager, Mr. Shady, who was incredibly helpful. He managed to reduce the noise and improve the quality of the music. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and would recommend it as a good place for rest.

I spent a week in this hotel. Delicious food, snacks and cocktails, music and a fun program to suit any preferences of visitors. There are no noisy parties at night, but if you like to dance and have fun, then you can go to the club that is located nearby. Every evening there were interesting shows, dances and competitions. **Unprofessional and Inappropriate Behavior from Animation Staff at Hotel Monte Carlo Sharm Resort & Spa** I recently stayed at the Hotel Monte Carlo Sharm Resort & Spa, and while the overall experience was disappointing, what really stood out was the unprofessional behavior of the animation staff. One particular animation staff member was especially problematic. Not only was he often rude and insulting to guests, but his behavior towards female guests was completely inappropriate. He was frequently seen making suggestive comments, staring inappropriately at women, and even hugging female guests without their consent. This created an uncomfortable and distressing environment for many guests, including myself. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially at a family resort. It's the hotel's responsibility to ensure that all staff members maintain a professional demeanor and respect the personal boundaries of their guests. Unfortunately, this was not the case at the Hotel Monte Carlo Sharm Resort & Spa. The management seemed oblivious or indifferent to these issues, as complaints about this staff member were not taken seriously. This lack of action from the hotel management only exacerbates the problem and reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. The unprofessional conduct of the animation staff, combined with the management's failure to address these serious concerns, makes for an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. There are many other resorts in Sharm El Sheikh where guests are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

Myself and my partner have recently returned from a 10 day all inclusive vacation from this hotel. It has been my first time in Egypt and I honestly love the country and heat. The hotel itself was great, the rooms were large and had all we needed. All the staff we met were great, from the medical team, bar staff, cleaners, waiters and entertainment team. There were only 2 main negatives we saw during our stay meaning we would not return again. The location was quite far from the main attractions and markets, meaning the hotel taxis were available but expensive compared to the local rates. The second being the way the staff were treated by what I saw as the management. One instance was a member of the entertainment staff was being shouted at by management infront of the guests, making us and others extremely uncomfortable. I can only imagine what can happen to staff away from the public eye if treated like that infront of guest.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The room's finish was subpar, with a crookedly mounted TV and rusted parts in the bathroom that made it feel like it hadn’t been maintained properly in years. The safe in the room was broken, which was concerning for security reasons. The air conditioning unit was another major issue. It made an unbearable noise throughout my stay, and despite having the maintenance team come three times to fix it, all they did was apply lubricant, which did nothing to solve the root problem. This resulted in several sleepless nights. Service was another disappointment. The staff, particularly at the customer service desk, were unhelpful and treated me as if I were asking for too much when I raised concerns. Their attitude was dismissive and left a lot to be desired. The food was average at best. It was obvious that they cut corners, especially with protein options. Portions were small, and it felt like they were more focused on saving money than providing a quality dining experience. On the bright side, the beach was stunning, but it’s a shame that the rest of the facilities didn’t match up. Overall, the beautiful beach couldn’t make up for the numerous shortcomings of this hotel. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made.

When I want to rate this hotel I will rate it 100 / 100 .😍 I will start with the luxurious reception and the people welcoming us so friendly,the most thing that I like is that the hotel is being cleaned all the day , you can see cleaning staff around you everywhere, I am a cleaning freak so this was very very delightful and joyful for me .all the staff there are so friendly from the front desk to the restaurant to the animation team . The food and the buffet was really really delicious and there are varieties of choices in it I noticed that they care about healthy food , the kids buffet also was very yummy my daughter was very happy with it even they had small tables for kids in the restaurant in front of cartoons to make their experience in eating amazing. The pool was very very good the water was clean and warm I will miss the water aerobics everyday with Mrs. Olga . About the rooms, the room was very clean and tidy, they care about even the little detail in the room the housekeeping team was very fast and professional. They had a small show everyday at the evening it was amazing and interduce different show everyday . I hope i didn't forget any thing about this amazing hotel and I wish i go back there again soon . Hotel is not too big but very cosy and comfortable, coral reefs are amazing lots of different fishes which are not venomous. Diving here is the best, pleasure sea and lots of fish in reefs, many different other sea creatures made it incredible for swimming with kids. Kitchen is well cooked, lots of meat and fish with different souses. Chef is very kind person, he always tries his best. Mango parties was amazing and mango was fresh and delicious. Moreover hotel is near to city, you simply can go outside to different shops as Fixprice to buy what you need. Staff here is very friendly and helpful, they did our visiting here much better. Only one little minus kids disco party was a bit boring. I really enjoyed my time here, and recommend this hotel for a calm relaxed pastime and for everyone who loves swimming or diving.

An excellent integrated tourist resort in everything. The food is more than wonderful and varied. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the room service is excellent. We cannot rate this hotel and it's amazing staff highly enough. Our recent stay was extended as my 86yr old father had an accident on our last day and we had to remain a further 11days. The professionalism, respect and help we were given by everyone was incredible. When my father returned to the hotel after 5 days, he was treated amazingly. The hotel reception manager Hisham did everything he could possibly do to assist us. Dina the Guest relations again was incredible. There are too many to mention, but I will be thanking them all in an email to the Hotel. Thank you all, you are all very special people. 🙏

Royal Savoy was great. Amazing service and very friendly staff with a great beach. A small problem we faced was a continuous beeping noise coming from ana electricity room and stayed for almost 48 hours and for two nights we couldn’t sleep (its more annoying at night) Staff were very understanding and offered us different rooms however the noise was still reachable, eventually after 2 days it was fixed. Other than that it was a great stay overall.

The Room's cleanliness, decor, comfort, and special touches ( welcome gift) is exemplary truly wonderful. Again I need to highlight the staff's friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Mohammed, Abdulla etc but literally EVERY staff is AMAZING 🤩 You feel unique as all experiences we have had, events, tours,local recommendations provided by the hotel staff were perfect, thankyou so much !! Dining Options... Spoilt for choice... SO many restaurants there is something for everyone and the food is absolutely terrific with choices and delicious too ! It's a winner, the food, restaurants and service you cannot better - cast iron guaranteed. To summarise , "I can't wait to return to Savoy Group and couldn't recommend it any higher to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!" Our rating - the only hotel we have given but it's simply 10 out of 10.

Employees were very friendly and cooperative I would like to give my special thanks to Mr. Apanob and Mr. Boshoi for their care and kindness.Unfortunatelythe bad experience with the driver from air ports was very rude and badly dealing with us also on beach peter was very rude and late orders. Royal Savoy is an extension of Savoy and is run by the same management . Last time I stayed in Royal Savoy was in March, this time round Royal was fully booked with wedding guests , so me and my wife and I stayed at Savoy instead. We went for drinks at Royal Savoy bar, for which we were gonna pay as any customers. Regrettably, some of the staff let themselves down massively. Mahmoud, who calls himself front he mean "front of the house," Emad and Islam the waiters, were rude and unprofessional, and bad attitude. They should be re-trained in the hospitality all over again. I believe they have been promoted, but they clearly lack the skills for the job. In fact, they've refused to serve us drinks even though we said that we'll pay there and there or they can charge it on the room. These waiters were happy to accept thousands of Egyptian pounds in tips and still refused to serve us drinks. Incredible experience. I have reported this conduct to the staff to the owner representatives, but they didn't seem to care . However, this will not stop us from coming to Savoy in the future , we just hope not to experience this poor attitude and unprofessional behaviour from those members of staff again

I and my family spent 8 days holiday in this awesome resort. A well deserved 5 stars resort, best thing is staff they are incredibly helpful and respectful.. rooms are clean and tidy, there are many swimming pools about 7 or 8 as well as the beach so you wouldn't feel the crowd. Food is very good with wide variety of food, dinning hall is very clean and comfortable. The only thing that can be improved is that there is only one water slide for children if they can add more for both children and adults, however, still well deserved 5 stars. Highly recommended

This is without a doubt the best hotel we have stayed at in the Red Sea. The staff are just incredible,so friendly and attentive and they are genuinely wanting to do everything they can to enhance your stay. Special shout out to the lifeguard and bar staff at the adult pool (North 38), they were outstanding. The restaurant managers in thr main restaurant were so on point every day and they were both friendly, welcoming and extremely efficient. The food was just amazing with a huge variety on offer and all at a very high standard. We ate at 3 restaurants and all were so good and the fresh grilled meats were sensational. Our suite was a deluxe sea view with jacuzzi room 643, and it was just amazing. It was huge and the location was quiet with a great view as well so that made it even more special. The house keeping team are brilliant and the room was spotless everyday with fresh towels and sheets. I never normally return to the same place but we are going to book again next year as it was so good. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough and being only 10 minutes from the airport, it just makes sense. The beach is also really nice with lifeguards manning the jetties over the reef. The sea life was amazing and the Eagle Divers dive centre staff are also superb and I used them for my diving trips on our 10 day holiday. Don't delay, book today, you will love it there!

The facilities were excellent, and the beach was amazing. There was a sandy area perfect for kids to enjoy the water, along with a jetty that provided access to deeper waters filled with stunning coral reefs and rich marine life. We saw turtles, triggerfish, tuna, and many more. The poolside experience was fantastic, with lifeguards everywhere who were very friendly and attentive, ensuring the safety of both guests and children. They even provided floaters for kids, so there was no need to purchase any. The night activities were fabulous, and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. We're already planning a longer visit next time.

This was our second time at Sultan gardens 3 weeks ago, we were there in 2022 when renovation was in progress.. and what a change!! New bars & restaurants, evening entertainment et all..The lobby/reception incredible!! The room, cleanliness as always impeccable, plus the kindness of the staff in general excellent. However, we did feel that meal times were rather chaotic and unprofessional, on many occasions especially lunchtime, after ordering drinks, we were forgotten and sometimes not considered at all..pity!! This does not mean that we will not be returning to Sultan Gardens, but it is certainly something to be considered.

I was very impressed with the amazing scenery from the minute I stepped in this magnificent hotel.The staff were all friendly, helpful & cheerful. However, with my extensive travel experience, I believe the breakfast manu could use some overall review. I expected a better quality & variety befitting of a 5 star establishment. Last but not least, had a complementary transport been offered to me at the time of my departure to my local destination, it would have been the icing on the cake to a great experience. The hotel is at a nice location, you can walk to the town and snorkel at the beach food was good, the only thing the hotel should focus on is finishing the renovation of the rooms. There are some new rooms which look nice but the old ones are in a very bad condition .

The worst Hotel I have ever seen. It is not even up to be 2 stars hotel. It has only 1 lift, and mostly it is broken. The room has no amenities. The bathroom was flooded with water after having a shower. The quality of the food is beyond the expectations. The staff are zero friendly. My parents are a bit old and they had to go 3 floors upstairs because the lift was broken. I raised my concerns to the staff, and they just kept silent with cold hearts. I really regret being there and not recommended to anyone. They just care about taking your money, and value is ZERO in return.

Overall the staff were great. My wife had very specific dietary requirements (vegetarian, egg allergy) and the restaurant was very accommodating at every meal time. The place was beautifully maintained, beach, pools, rooms and facilities were all excellent. Aswany at the bar was very helpful and attentive and kept the drink coming! Great stay all round.

First time travelling to Egypt and have not been disappointed. Spent most of the days around the Oassis Pool. Staff were incredibly friendly, always looking to help where they could. Included bringing around impromptu drinks and snacks. We usually visited the restaurants on the evenings. All were nice but the Brazilian stood out as the best for us. Will definitely look to visit the hotel again.

We’ve had a fantastic week - our junior suite was very spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was beautifully looked after and spotless. Spectacular hotel. The first completely all-inclusive I have been in. Seriously, when get there, there is no need for anything and my wallet stayed in my room for the whole week. Drinks, snacks can be found 24/7. The Italian and Brazilian a la carte restaurants are awesome. Several pools. At the dock can snorkel. They give you fins, but need to get your own mask and snorkel. Very friendly people! Really give you their full attention.

This is our first time at Rixos and we are delighted with the service. Everyone is friendly and you get your drinks very quickly at the pool. Rooms are clean and large and are also cleaned quickly in the morning. The resort is huge and there are lots of activities on offer. The resort seems huge at first glance, but there is always someone ready to pick you up and take you wherever you need to go. The food is of the highest standard, with good service.

The beef tenderloin was simply delicious, the salmon steak was cooked to perfection, and the coffee was absolutely delightful. Came here for October half term and honestly an amazing stay. 8 restaurants, a kids club which is open till 11pm with a variation of activities so they'll never be bored. Several pools, a spa and numerous of amenities!! Rooms are a little dated or maybe it's the one we had but other than that can't fault it . Weather was superb and definitely will be back

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rixos Seagate in Sharm, and it was an experience to remember! The weather was delightfully hot, perfect for a sun-soaked holiday. The hotel itself was nothing short of amazing. The food was a highlight of the trip – a diverse array of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The swimming pools were another standout feature. They were lots of them, and some very large and impeccably clean, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. Whether you wanted to relax by the poolside or take a dip, the pools were always inviting. The bar service, both inside and outside, was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to serve with a smile. However, the quality of the drinks was a bit of a letdown. I know my vodka, and this did not taste like the brands which we were served from, which affected the overall taste and experience. Despite this, the overall stay was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and delicious food made for a truly memorable holiday. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Egypt.

The best resort experience ever. Very friendly staff. Services = 10/10. The rooms are very well cleaned and cooled. Easy access to the beach with lifeguard on duty. My family and I spent 5 days here recently - absolutely everything was excellent. Room was charming, large and spotless. Breakfasts were superb - if I was to find a single fault then it would be the coffee, specifically the Cappuccino - nothing really wrong apart from not as world class as everything else. Restaurants - we found the Italian restaurant to be the best of the ones we ate in. Lunch at the pool was excellent as well. Every member of staff we interacted with were fantastic - charming, well educated and cared deeply about the service they provided. Life guards were great - knowledgeable, fun and very professional. We snorkeled from one pier to the other - around a 40 min swim a few times - very enjoyable and the lifeguards kept an eye on us and radioed between themselves and the cctv operators to ensure they could intervene if required. Whilst the resort is not cheap by any means I felt that the hotel was very good value - the exceptional staff probably making the most difference. The resort covers 90 acres and it was around 40°C when we stayed so the golf buggies and drivers were very much needed and appreciated. We'll definitely be staying at Four Seasons again, in sha Allah.

Our stay was fantastic Great hotel with luxury amenities. I've never seen such a high level of attention to detail and professional service, clean and huge. The hotel has a golf car available 24 hours a day to transport guests within the hotel. We went to the Wahi pool and restaurant on our first day. The entertainment was pleasant, and the pool was also enjoyable. Luna was our destination for 5 days, a stunning pool with a stunning view, and the staff, especially Jaalal and Marco, were extremely professional and welcoming. Abdo is truly sweet and keeps you hydrated with his cold towel, refresh spray, and cold drink throughout the day. We visited Zitouni, a Lebanese restaurant, for dinner. The restaurant is wonderful. The food was delicious as Chef Jean-Claude recreates the authentic taste of Lebanon, and the service is excellent. Hamada deserves special thanks for his excellent and professional service . Thanks to you all, our vacation was fantastic. ❤️ 💙

The hotel itself was quite nice and comfortable. The room was clean and , and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed by how expensive the additional activities and facilities were. Things like the spa treatments and basic food and drinks at the hotel restaurants were all quite pricey. While the hotel was good overall, I felt the high costs services detracted from the value and made the trip more expensive than expected. I would recommend the hotel, but advise future guests to research the pricing of extras beforehand.

Then only Stella De Mare! The best BEST HOTEL. We have been here with our whole family twice already. This time my parents went without me and chose another hotel! We were able to withstand 16 hours! They called me and asked to transfer them to Stella De Mare! The level and quality, starting with hospitality, services, food selection and to the friendliness of the staff are 100000% superior to all the others! A huge thank you to the staff for finding a free room, and with a beautiful view, and for taking care of my parents! The vacation will still be a success! We got upgraded and the room, we have is very nice. Location is not too far from the popular spots, but I like that as I hate busier tourist areas. The hotel is beautiful, food, staff and facilities are amazing, I would definitely come again and use this Hotel. Which is crazy, as I never feel like that towards a hotel.

Hi The hotel has many pros and cons as follows: Amazing views - our room has the sea view which is spectacular especially sunrise and sunset - small Balcony for privacy and take in the sun Breakfast amazing Dinner amazing can’t fault at all Only addition should be basic drinks which you have to buy separately such as fizzy drinks, however they do provide water for free. Drinks are usually 60EGP Rooms are spacious even through we had some issues with bathroom but for resolved asap. The room service on food could be better. Clean and fresh items daily. Including water bottles provided. Rooms are clean no issues with bugs etc. AC works fine and different temperature settings. Nice big bed and change the mattress asap. Again thanks Hotel has some amazing fountains and plenty to do Several pools including for children Nice beach area with amazing views can sit and enjoy the scenery Cons: Main issue loud music - near the beach / pool area which can be heard everywhere Afternoon 12:00-1:00pm And 3:00-4:00pm Evening is the worst time from 7:00pm to 11:00pm Room decor could be better Hotel is outdated with old mahogany type decor. Needs modernising. Breakfast and dinner times can get busy to go early. Customer service could be better, maybe a language barrier. Make sure you download the indrive app. Brilliant and will save you a lot of money especially if you plan to go out most nights. Most areas open after 8:00pm till late evening.

A couple of animators approached us only one time in 10 days just to ask a good review (and saying us what to write in...). Services for the room (cleaning, etc.) were very good. As for the food it wasn't the one that you can expect by a 5 stars resort.

Most bar staff are rude and there is obvious favouritism in favour of Muslims and certain ethnic groups. If you find the right staff they treat u well. Great for young children although locals and Muslims are very disrespectful queue jumping, particularly for food and face painting for kids etc. overall a nice hotel with beautiful landscape and surroundings. Food although plentiful is quite hit and miss with most dishes being local and not a good variety for children. Drinks are standard although if u find the right bar man better service and drinks. Ice-cream and ice lollies are extra. The bed is very comfortable but the shower is not great.

Great hotel with a lot of swimming pools, amazing views from the restaurant, very nice coral reef and great food. The only downside was that the waiters and animation team was prioritizing the Italian people, and for the Russian speaking guests (which were about 20-30%), it was quite challenging to attract attention of the staff. Very sad considering that we paid the same price. There was an official complaint made by other guests about it through the Tour Agency, bit not much changes after.

The worst Hotel in Sharm !!! An Italian Colony, no behaviour, very loud. The italians take the towels and beach beds of others and don't even say sorry, they shout and insult you. Beach boys Mustafa and Ahmad didn't want to help me ! They said " Go to receptopn" I went crying to my room, where I complained to Mr Amr, assistant manager, who said ok, he will look after it, with no feed back till my departure. Hotel Beach is like a sardine box, every day quarrel for shadow. There are 2 animation teams : The italian and the egyptian animation team, but the announcements of the activities are only in italian, the songs are mostly italian with some little exceptions in English and mostly this thechno rythm bum bum. They don't allow the egyptian team to play any Arabic or other songs, although they are in Egypt. The team only talks italian to italian people, as if there are no other nationalities in the hotel. All other nationalities are ignored. Even activity announcements are only in Italian, no body else understands anything. Many, many stairs to reach the beach, about 150 stairs. There is a shuttle, but only for part of the distance. The personnel is very friendly and helpful everywhere. Complains for 2 weeks were ignored, about ladies toilets in Beach Restaurant that don't close. Horrible 2 weeks holiday. I didn't feel to be in Sharm this time. I'm 3 - 5 times a year in Sharm, never experienced such a bad holiday / Hotel. Part of my job is to evaluate Hotels ! This hotel will get zero ! SORRY, NEVER AGAIN !!!

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfy, and since the place is quite big, there's a bus that takes you around. The food quality is very good, and you can choose from different restaurants at an affordable price. There was just a misunderstanding at checkout: I had a taxi scheduled to take me to the airport, and they told me it couldn't come inside the resort and that I should go out to wait. So, I went outside, but then the taxi went inside, and we ended up waiting for each other in different places. Because of this, I was a bit late to the airport.

Good afternoon. I live in room 2137. Today I visited the Al Dente restaurant with my family and our friends. I want to share my impressions, but there are no impressions, we wasted our precious time. We waited 50 minutes for someone to pour us the wine we ordered, so we had to eat 3 of the 5 salads we ordered dry. It didn't end there. Then they brought us two hot steaks. We claimed that we had ordered one steak and a duet of beef tenderloin, but we were told that this was how it should be. One thing I want to emphasize is that the desserts here are very tasty. I said nothing when we arrived in the room there were problems, for three days I asked to bring a menu to the room and only today, the day before departure, I had to raise my voice and lo and behold, it turns out there is a menu that the employee brought and did not give it to me, he only offered to take a photo. In general, the hotel is good, but the aftertaste was not pleasant!!!

We spent our New Years holiday at this hotel. The rooms where spacious and clean. The pool was cold, but when pointed out to the staff they turned on the heat so the day after it was perfect for the kids. Small selection of slides that where great for our kids. The restaurant is more or less the same every day, so that could be better. The WiFi in the lobby is poor. Friendly staff all around and the spa was really good and quite reasonable price.

I have stayed in this resort for one week in Jan 2109. It is a lovely place for families. It has big a swimming pool with a small aqua park. Kids can enjoy their times doing painting and drawing in the kids club as well as swimming. There are a shopping area with a beauty center. The rooms are very huge in size and always maintained clean by the hotel management. Staff is also helpful and respectful. The management is running shows, nightclubs and other activities almost every night. The restaurant does not offer a variety of foods and they are repetitive.

Royal indeed, but then Peninsula indeed too!! Rooms and premises are luxurious and impressive in width and furniture, yet the place is now restricted to serve the Congress Center next door. As such, service and food have dropped over the years, catering mostly to conference participants, missing entertainment and luxury expected from a vintage 5-star hotel. To be honest, food has its ups and downs but tends to be on the down side most of the time. I happened to know that a shuttle bus goes downtown 8 pm daily and drives back at 9 pm. No one had mentioned that before!

Hotel looks amazing and I love the green garden hotel have. hotel room is very beautiful and large same as bathroom. We took all inclusive but still everything wasnt included. So i am little bit disappointed with it. Jacuzzi were broken and not working, also pool heater were not work so pool was very cold. Hotel room didnt have free WiFi. Buffet was very big. Dessert was almost everyday same even they bring same dessert what was served already many days and it taste old and bad. Beach was very futile, its looks nice but its good only for sunshower but not good for swimming, maybe to snorkling and diving only. No sandy beach, its full from rocks and water is very deep. Not good for kids. Almost all people was disappointed about the beach.

We have just came back from Rehana Royal after 9 days there. Overall, we have had a fairly good experience, however this hotel is 3 star max, not ever close to 5 star standard, so if you are paying fairly cheap price, it is worth it. However, it would be a good idea to spend some more money and pay for the actual 5* hotel. The hotel guests are 90% Russians. The area of the hotel is large, green spaces and all 8 pools very well kept, no issues with getting sun lodgers, always space available at the beach and the pools. The food edible but nothing special as you would expect from 5 star hotel. The rooms are very dated and neglected, dirty mattresses (look at the last photo of the one removed from rooms...), AC tends to break down. Reception staff very helpful and mostly nice, however the staff serving food and drinks very rude, they literally throw food on you plate, no respect. Even if you tip them, they do not really care. Drinks are disaster, served in 70ml plastic cups, two sips and back in the queue for another one. The drink service has got to be probably the worst part of this hotel. There are plenty of shops, pharmacy outside of the hotel. If you need a taxi, catch one on the road, the taxis at the hotel and from the guys standing outside of the hotel offering a taxi service is a rip off.

Went for a spa day at the Rehana hotel. The people were very friendly. Only downfall. During our massage the therapist were talking amongst themselves loudly which was not peaceful and played very heavy music which was not very pleasant..

I recently stayed at Rehana Resort, and my experience was anything but pleasant. I feel compelled to share my disappointment and request a full refund. The bars were often out of drinks, with hardly any options available. Cleanliness was a major issue, with filthy dining halls and a shortage of clean dishes and glasses. The food was boring, repetitive, and often had a funky taste. Despite the all-inclusive promise, our mini-bar was never refilled. The loud, annoying music playing 24/7 made it impossible to relax. The so-called "entertainment" was a joke; the animation team was talentless, and some animators appeared to be high, creating an unsafe environment. Service was non-existent, with rude and toxic waiters who treated us with disdain. The constant bargaining and scams among hotel services made us feel cheated at every turn. Adding to the stress, there was no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. This vacation turned into a nightmare. I am incredibly disappointed and request a full refund for this disastrous experience. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Rehana Royal Beach Resort to think twice before booking. This place is not worth the money, time, or stress.

Our Family with two small children had an absolut perfect stay in this hotel. It was amazing to have two different aqua parks so we were visiting in the morning and afternoon always a different one. The stuff kept everything clean and was very friendly. We definitely will come back.

Never been in such disappointment , rude personnel, limited drinks “UAI🤨”, all drinks are diluted , very very bad, even i won’t give it much attention as it is the worst Hotel 5*ever. IGNORE THE WAY to this Hotel.
